Cut too narrow through hips
Rented in a 10 which is the larger of the two sizes i typically wear and was still too tight through hips. Material is very nice but a bit shinier than in the photos.

Extra room in the hips for pear-shaped ladies, but unfortunately too wide in the shoulders for me.
The material and style of this dress was lovely and would work well for a feminine but professional work look or a bridal/baby shower or wedding event.

a nice break from the average work skirt
I wore this to work a few times and it was a nice break from a suit skirt while still having the same flexibility and conservative look. The imitation leather is soft and high quality. I probably could have gone down a size because of the a-line shape, and it sat lower on my waist than is probably intended because it was a bit big, but overall it was a great addition to my wardrobe for a couple of weeks!

this is literally the perfect blazer
I got this in my unlimited subscription and kept it for So. Long. It's incredible and goes with everything. I wore it to business meetings, brought it on a trip to hawaii, and wore it out to brunch on the weekends. I can't say enough about this blazer. The cut and quality are top notch. I kind of want to buy it, but will at least rent it again.

Great work dress!
Really comfortable and good for a conservative work environment while still having a touch of personality with the asymmetrical side seam and unfinished hem. Stretch enough to accommodate those with larger hips.

So cute, but top is very low cut for work.
This looked like it would be a home-run work dress for me - thick, high quality fabric, conservative overall color with pop, well cut. But unfortunately the v is just super low. I wore a tissue turtleneck under it and it was ok, but not great. The fabric and style of the dress doesn't make it a weekend / party dress either, so it just didn't feel like it fit well in any place in my wardrobe.

Got this through my unlimited subscription and was really happy with the oversize fit and quality. I could have done a medium, but for the way I wanted this to look the large was perfect. Very soft.

Work appropriate, stretchy, a little itchy. Made for those with thick torsos.
I liked this dress and found it to be a high-quality work basic that would be especially good in winter. That said, the fabric, while thick and high quality, is a little bit itchy and unpleasant to wear. I am very much a pear shape, and while the 10 fit in the hips, I had a lot of extra room in the waist. It didn't look bad, but it would better flatter someone with a thicker torso or a ruler shape (as with almost all Theory styles).

PERFECT. I don't want to send it back!
I've probably worn this dress four times in the week I've had it. It's very comfortable, super work-appropriate, a heavy, stretchy, forgiving fabric, and a basic enough base layer that it can be worn in a number of different ways for different looks. It is incredibly flattering and would be a great go-to dress. I would buy this dress. One note: there's no zipper. It pulls on, which worked out ok for me because it's so stretchy.

Beautiful and incredibly flattering, but unfortunately wrinkles easily.
This is a great dress for day-to-night. Feels very appropriate in an office but pretty enough for drinks or dinner. There is an open cut at the back (the zipper doesn't go all the way up) which I didn't appreciate when I saw it online, but it still felt ok for work since the fabric mostly allowed the dress to lay closed. Unfortunately, it wrinkles very easily, and I ended up with a funny stomach crease from sitting at my desk all day. I'd love to wear this again and probably would rent again for an evening work event.

high quality super flexible work to dinner skirt
This skirt is very high quality and smooths any bumps. I wore it to work (on a Friday only - it is fairly short in back, though disguised in the front because of the panel) and then out to dinner with a quick change of shoes. I got this through my unlimited subscription and would probably rent it again.

Good quality, color was slightly different than pictures, much too large, didn't wear. Size down.
Unfortunately I was unable to wear this dress because it was too large. I clipped the back to see how it would look had it fit properly and it would have been a great dress - unfortunately if you size up, the waist drops down and it ends up looking sacklike.

Versatile and fun, but well-worn!
This jacket was great - can be dressed up or down, light enough to be comfortable but a good base layer against office temperatures. Unfortunately the one I received had been worn and cleaned a number of times, and there was a very small stain on the arm (I didn't even notice it at first). Nothing that kept me from wearing the jacket, but enough that it didn't feel like a "new" piece. Still, I'd recommend this jacket for the fit, style, and quality!
