Runs way too big - tough for petite ladies!

I was excited about this style and it was indeed a cute, festive style. However, I was not able to wear this dress because even a Zero, the smallest size offered, was WAY too big for me. I am petite, but usually a zero or two is perfect - and this style is a little "hippy" so when it ran a little big, it was simply very unflattering. A shame, but if you are petite, be sure to order a backup style!

Great rental especially for the price! Festive but not over the top, and comfortable!

Chose this dress for an early-fall, semi-formal wedding. It was a great choice and I really enjoyed wearing it. The metallic blue is an elegant shade, and the sparkle is fairly understated, ensuring that the dress is elegant - the sparkle also dresses up a style that could be casual in a different fabric (I also styled with gold heels and bigger jewelry to ensure it would be dressy enough). Dress is super comfortable and has pockets. It does run a bit big - I am normally a 0 or 2 and 2 was way too big. 0 mostly worked, but the bodice could have been a little more fitted, especially on my smaller 32B bust. Also, no need for a strapless bra, so that's a win. Would happily wear again.

Stunning dress for more formal events!

I received more compliments on this dress than probably any other dress I can remember. The fuschia/azalea color is a great four-season color and (I think) universally flattering; the high-low hem makes it great for more petite frames and easier to walk in/a little less formal than a full gown. Fabric: high quality, great color. Really shines once you've hit it with an iron to make it look perfect. Fit: Great length for my 5'4" frame - the longer back hem was about an inch above the ground in 1.5" heels. The bust definitely runs small - I usually wear a 0 or 2 and have a small (34A/32B) bust, and was glad I went with the 2 which was super flattering in the bust and waist. Waist flared at just the right point and flowy nature of the dress made it comfortable. This dress would also dress up or down well. I kept shoes and accessories simple because the event was black tie optional; for full-on black tie, it would look great with fancier shoes and a statement necklace. Looks best with metallic accessories - my gold heels were perfect and silver would have worked well too.

I ordered this dress as an alternate as only the long length was available.

Loved the princess-y, mermaid-y feel, plus this dress would definitely forgive if you're behind on crunches, but a couple things didn't work for my build. First, I could nowhere near fill out the top (32B/34A), and the dress drooped a little lower on the sides than I was comfortable with. Secondly, I had hoped beyond hope that the long length, which was all that was available, would work with my sky-high 5" heels, but it was still too long (I am 5'4"). Note also that the color is a little darker than the photo suggests - but still gorgeous. It was important to know that you can wear the flowy straps two ways, as mentioned in the previous reviews. I recommend the regular length for women of a more petite frame, but only if you've got a little more going on top!

I really enjoyed this dress's sleek feel, elegant colors, and fun back. Understated chic.

This dress worked out great for a black tie wedding in Miami. The fit is pretty body-hugging: I am usually between a 0 and a 2 for dresses and I would not have wanted this (2R) to be any tighter. I tried the 0 as well and there was no way. So, wear with confidence only! (However, it was not so snug as to be constricting - I had no trouble dancing!) I wore 4-5" heels and the regular length was perfect for me at 5'4". I didn't quite fill out the top (34A/32B), but it was not the end of the world. Note also that there is a little less difference in the two blue colors than the picture suggests - the top color is just a tad darker in real life, but still gorgeous.
