I never usually wear mixed patterns in a formal setting but wanted to try this dress out. Wore this to my cousin's wedding and fell in love with the look! I did size up based on past reviews and it was a great choice since the waist does fit snugly. I worried the top would be too big but it was totally fine - the straps are adjustable and the fit was great. It was a comfortable dress save for the liner under the skirt being a touch too heavy for an outdoor ceremony in balmy weather. It's a fun unique and comfortable dress overall and i cant wait to use it again!

I bought this dress to have an option for both casual-dressy and more formal affairs and I think this dress straddles that line neatly! The shoulder detail is modern and fun and punches up an otherwise classic cut for the dress. I was concerned at first about the dress being snug upon first putting it on around the ribcage but I was totally comfortable the whole night at my friend's wedding. The cut is low in the top, and I did feel a hair exposed in the church ceremony part. Next time I'll have a cover up if i'm attending a church. I nevertheless was comfortable with the lower neckline - fashion tape went a really long way to make me feel comfortable and not worry about any slip ups. The skirt is flattering and flowy and i really loved wearing the dress. Cant wait to use it again!

I wore this dress to a black tie event for work and it was a perfect dress. The fit is fantastic and was a great length for my height (I'm just shy of 5'2") It's a statement maker without being too overpowering in the crowd and still professional. Also the weather was a little colder but I still felt quite comfortable because the material is a little heavier. I'd wear this again.

The fit was just right - the sleeves were a little loose in the back but never became an issue. For a short person I usually worry more about length - I was pleasantly surprised that with AND without shoes the dress was a perfect length. It felt great, comfy, was easy to walk and dance in.

The fit was great - it was too long, so I had to have a tailor alter the bottom for my height. I felt a little bit of bunching in the fabric after some wear across my chest, but it was only really noticeable to me. Though it is a snug fit around the waist, it's still comfortable. It was light and airy, and felt great. The skirt of the dress is very flowy though - if you have to walk around a lot and you're short, it is a bit of a struggle. But otherwise, I fell in love with the dress upon first wear, it's an amazing and a unique look, and I got many a compliment for it, too.
