This dress is beautiful in person, however, it is painful to wear. The sequins left the entire inside of my arm chaffed, scratched and swollen. Even with the dim lights of a reception people were still grabbing my arm and asking me what happened. And the marks lasted for days after. This dress definitely runs super large. I am a C cup and i still felt it was big in the top. I probably could have gotten away with a 4. Like others have said, i dont understand why they decided to put hook and eye closures on this. A zipper would have looked so much better. Two of my hook and eyes fell off, and I had to re-sew. On top of that i also safety pinned to try to eliminate the gaps and keep them from opening throughout the night. I wish they would have noted this in the product details section. On the plus side, its a stunner dress, really really pretty - i wish i had pictures of it - but the fit is boxy and almost sloppy looking. If i had the right size and wasnt self conscious about my visibly injured arm or the face that the side kept opening I would have enjoyed wearing it much more. I was super glad to take it off and put my left arm down.

I normally wear a 6 (and to be honest the dress I ended up wearing instead of this was a 4) so I ordered the 6 and the 8. After reading the reviews I would have ordered a 10, but they didn't have it available in a long and I am pretty tall. Well, I should have ordered a 12 or a 14! This dress is CRAZY tight on top. I do have a big ribcage (not freakishly big or anything, i can normally wear a 6) and i do have a semi big chest, but this is ridiculous.l could close the hook and eye if i really didn't care about breathing. The dress fit me perfectly every where else - the length the things/butt area...all perfect. I was pretty disappointed that it didn't work out. I also had to return the accessories i ordered to go with it, but not til after I learned that I wouldn't be getting a credit on them anyways - which i really don't understand. I have a credit to use now,but that may be my last rental with RTR...
