This dress arrived with the top looking all stretched out and unwearable. I called Rent the Runway twice about getting the dress possibly replaced, but I was on hold for 20 min each time and finally gave up. I ended up being forced to wear the dress because I didn't have anything else appropriate and I couldn't get through to customer service. There was a lot of fashion tape involved to make the top look less stretched out than it was (you can barely tell in the photo, but if you look closely, you'll see the sides of the dress are baggy and not clinging to the body). I wore the tightest and most full-coverage Spanx on the market, and I still felt like i looked a little thick in the tummy because, well, that's how Herve Leger dresses are (they leave little to the imagination--so, if you think you have *any* problem areas, don't think this "hides" anything). I felt uncomfortable for most of the night because I felt like my fashion tape was going to bust at any moment. But despite how uncomfortable I was, nobody seemed to notice because they were all staring at my chest (yes, that's another thing about Herve dresses). So, in the end, I got some good photos out of it. I only want to say that I feel like these dresses wear out a lot sooner than other dresses do, so RTR should consider retiring them after they are worn a certain number of times because it's very disappointing to receive a dress that looks so extremely used.

I need to buy this dress! The draping is perfect and you can practically look pregnant and not have it show because of the brilliant drop waist. The color is more beautiful in person. The fabric is thick and high quality. I got lots of compliments wearing this--there is something very simply yet very elegant about the shape. And since there is no cleavage, there was no worry about fashion tape or anything like that. I was so comfortable all night. One thing to note is that all undergarment lines show in this dress, so Spanx are a "must." Also, I am pretty short and it was way too long for me. I just had to be a little more careful than usual.

This necklace is both edgey and timeless at the same time. It makes a bold statement and should probably be owned by every woman. It really made my outfit.

I always wanted to wear an Herve Leger dress and this was the only one that didn't make me look like a total blimp. This dress is so sexy that I would highly caution anyone about to rent it to make sure it's appropriate for your event or else you might not feel comfortable. I wore it to a bachelorette party (it would also be great for a club, Vegas, or other late-night event). You *will* turn heads because this dress truly is a show-stopper. People will literally stop what they are doing and just STARE. I've tried on a lot of Herve Leger's and for whatever reason, this is the most forgiving of this brand's line, but you'll still need to wear Spanx, especially in the tummy area. I wore a backless/strapless low-plunge Fashion Forms bra with fashion tape and it worked perfectly. I would not recommend going commando in this unless you are very small-chested. Have fun with this because you *will* be the sexiest person in the room!

If you have any issue with your middle at *all*, this dress resolves it. The draping is like magic, and the glass beading and fabric make this a substantial, chic and classy dress, while the low-cut neck makes the dress still sexy. The only reason this dress doesn't get five stars is because I had major issues with the right-side chest drape. It kept flapping open. And, while it was great that I could wear a regular bra with this dress, I was extremely nervous the whole night about flashing people. I used massive amounts of fashion tape, to no avail (and a pin just looked weird on it), so be ready to come up with a solution depending on how this fits you in the chest area! A note on the size also: I usually wear an 8, but this runs big, so I ended up wearing my back-up size 6.

In person, these earrings look pretty cheap and obviously fake because of the big "jewel." All that being said, they look absolutely *gorgeous* in pictures and really glam up anything. I loved the length and, unlike others who have reviewed them, I didn't feel they were heavy at all (they felt made out of light plastic).

These earrings look very expensive and are *truly* "showstoppers." Everyone kept telling me how stunning my earrings were. These earrings take any dress up a notch! Also, they were so light that I forgot I was wearing them.

I'm very "meh" about this dress. It wasn't horrible, but I also felt like I looked like I was wearing a very ill-fitting sack or lampshade. It's just not very flattering for my body-type (I have a bigger chest and shorter legs with a short waist--I think this dress would be stunning on someone smaller chested with long legs and a long torso). Also, I'm pretty short (5'2) and this dress was still pretty short, so I can't imagine where it might hit for a taller woman. I grabbed it last minute as a second dress for a rehearsal dinner (since it's only $25 to add a dress to a rental, and I had already rented a dress for a wedding), so I don't regret this too much. It's a gorgeous color and when you stand certain ways (like the way in my attached photo), it looks nice. Let it be said that I am not posting any of the other candid photos though because they weren't flattering at all.

This dress is extremely flattering and forgiving for those like me who are short-waisted and might have a little bit of a tummy. I got compliments all night from total strangers. Like everyone else, I concur that fashion tape is a necessity. Also, this is a seriously sultry, booby dress, so beware if you have a C cup or above (I'm a D and was a little worried once or twice that I might fall out (even with fashion tape)--so make sure you have the right supporting bra for this)! I'm 5'2 and wore 2.5in heels and the 6P perfectly hit the floor.

I have NO waist at all, but this dress made me look like I had one! It draped perfectly to show off the best parts and hide the worst. Downside was that I had to pull it down a lot and also needed to use some fashion tape to keep the wrap in the right place (my torso is kind of short). Everyone gave me compliments; might have to buy this dress because its so flattering.
