I rented this maxi for a formal wedding on the water. I received tons of compliments on the color. It was so comfortable and was extremely flattering, covering up any post-baby flaws. When I was searching for a dress, I selected "petite" b/c I am only 5 feet tall. I realize that I am too short to be wearing a floor length dress, but this dress worked with the most enormous heels possible, so I was very happy. If you are very tall and want to wear heels, this dress probably won't work. The top does not bare anything and the belt cinches the waist in perfectly. I would highly recommend this dress... I felt beautiful and comfortable.

I rented this dress in 4P and 6P for a wedding. The night before the dresses were supposed to ship I received a call from RTR stating the 4P (the size I was hoping for) came back in bad condition. My only option was to get a 2 Regular Length. I was sent fashion tape to hem the dress, however the dress has two flowy, pleated layers and the hemming was a mess so I removed it. Despite the dilemma, the customer service was fantastic. For the fit... this dress what exactly what I was looking for b/c I am post-baby, a little "soft" in the belly and about 8lbs over a body hugging dress. The belt cinches high in the waist which is slimming, but hangs over the hips, stomach, and behind. It is also blousy at the top but the under layer holds in well with a regular bra and there's a perfect amount of cleavage. I wore the 2R and definitely could have used the 4P, as the belt was really tight and it was very long. I am 5'0" short and I wore 4 inch heels and it was still worth making sure I don't trip. So like I said, exactly what I wanted but if you want a dress to "show off" your hot bod, not quite the one! :)

I rented this for my 30th birthday party. I am 5'0" and I always lose the length effect of the dress b/c of my short stature, but this dress fit perfectly and it was just short enough. It definitely hugged me a little bit more than pictured on the model as I am athletic/curvy/post-baby. I rented a 4 and a 6 and they basically fit the same, except for the length and arms (fit tight). I wore it with black tights and black pumps as it was snowing the night of the party. Overall, and awesome dress and I would rent again!

I rented this for my 30th birthday. With the advice of my husband (me not knowing the place for the event which turned out to be fairly formal), I did not end up wearing the dress. First, it is gorgeous, form fitting/flattering, and very fun; however, it is EXTREMELY short. I am 5'0", 129 lbs (post baby), athletic build and it definitely hugged my hips/thighs/backside (unlike what you see on the model), so with the fit and the length it added a "sexiness" to it that didn't work for the type of event. Regardless, I would rent it again for a different type of event.
