Nice twist on LBDs
I wore this dress to a gala sponsored by my fiance's company. The gold beading and the lace detail certainly made the dress unique as opposed to just a typical LBD, but not in a showy way. My only complaint is that I've got a larger bust and it's actually a very thin black slip under the lace, so the lace revealed a lot of cleavage (unfortunately RTR didn't have a 12 for me to compare if that would've been better). But if that's not an issue for you, this dress should work well. Just wish I had remembered to take a photo of me in it!

Last minute switch worked well!
This was a last minute switch for a beach country club wedding in Florida in November. My original dress didn't fit well and I was in the store, so I swapped it for something in the store. While the colors were a bit darker than I would've liked (since it's fall and that's what RTR had at the store), it's definitely very beautiful and rich. The dress has pockets too which are a great plus. And if you're a curvy girl like me, I felt I wasn't showing off too much cleavage and it hid my troublesome spots pretty well. Highly recommend!

Not as good as the picture
This is a gorgeous dress on the model, but looks nothing like the it in person. It definitely has more of a grey color and is not intended for curvy women. I thankfully picked this up at the 18th street store and thankfully had a chance to try it on before I left the store. The size 10 was too big and when I asked for the 8 (because for my back up RTR advised to go one size up so I had the 12), the 8 wasn't available. I actually ended up being glad because I think the 8 would've fit better but the color would still be really bad. In some ways, I was glad this happened because I was able to choose another dress at the store. The second dress was much better and I was happy with that rental. It's just a shame because the cut of the dress was really nice otherwise and it would've been fine for the wedding I was attending.

Modern twist on a classic dress
I rented this dress for a gala I attended with my boyfriend and his colleagues. This is a gorgeous dress, the details are very lovely and an added bonus is that it has pockets! The dress is a bit of a heavier material, which makes this perfect for fall or winter. The size 8 fit me perfectly, but as I have a larger chest, I opted to wear the 10 so women with larger chests should probably size up. I also opted for a red clutch to give the look that pop of color. I only have 2 warnings about the dress. The first is that while you can wear a regular bra with it, that bra must be solid black (i.e. don't wear anything with a pattern or different color) and it must be a demi bra given the cut of the dress (the lace of course adds some coverage but obviously you can see through). The second is that the dress does not have those handy little straps under the shoulders, where you can take the little piece of fabric and hook your bra strap to the dress so people cannot see your bra straps. I was having to readjust my bra straps under the dress constantly. It was the one thing missing from the dress! Otherwise, fantastic dress, yet another RTR success!

Beautiful and Unique Print Dress (with Pockets!)
Before I get into the review, RTR was amazing in getting me this dress. The original dress I was supposed to have was damaged and they offered me any dress in that size free of charge, so I ended up with this. I was again thankfully at the Henri Bendel showroom, where they let me try it on and then it turned out to be too big! They were great and shipped me a dress one size smaller which arrived in time for my party. So definitely order your regular size and then the back up size as one size smaller. Then when I tried on this dress and the original dress I ordered (which was still available in my original size), this dress was actually the better dress so I ended up wearing it for my housewarming party and it was a hit. Everyone loved the print and color, and the dress has pockets which was helpful as I was carrying my phone around and could actually use my hands for food and drinks. The only downside is that the material is a bit heavier, so it gets hot if you're wearing this in the summer. But I would definitely rent this one again, it's amazing and just makes you feel so beautiful, especially now that I know you should order your regular size and one size smaller. Thanks again RTR!

Arm holes are way too big - BEWARE!
I ordered this dress for my housewarming party and was completely disappointed. I should've listened to the other reviewers. The 10 fit ok for the most part and the cut and print of the dress were really nice. Unfortunately, the arm holes are way too big and as a result you can see your bra (and you have to wear a strapless with this, so there's no way around it). Additionally, there was some sort of odd bunching at the front and back of the dress. In the end it worked out for me because I was originally supposed to have a size 8 with the 10 as a backup and apparently the 8 was damaged, so RTR let me rent a new dress for free in the size 8. Thank god that happened because I ended up wearing the other dress!

Gorgeous print dress
Had to attend a black tie optional wedding at a vineyard and wanted something that would work for summer but still look nice and formal. This was a great dress, the dress is very lightweight and breathable for the summer. With accessories it really made the dress more formal and the color and cut were so different, I got some really nice compliments during the evening. My only complaint was I ordered one size too large, unfortunately RTR didn't have this dress in a size 8. But with some double sided tape it worked.

The detail on the dress was beautiful and made the dress stand out
I wore this to my cousin's wedding over Memorial Day weekend and it was very appropriate for a cocktail wedding. The blue with the black lace detail made this really standout and the full skirt hides any bumps so no need for spanx (and you can wear a regular bra as well). The fabric is heavier though and it does seem more of a "winter" dress instead so if you rent it in the warmer months make sure it isn't for an outdoor event and lighten up the accessories and shoes with gold or silver instead of black.

Excellent dress, works well for any body shape
I wore this as a bridesmaid dress and received several compliments all evening. It's definitely a stunning color and beautiful print. I'm glad the stylist told me to order a back up size, as I preferred to wear that so I could dance more comfortably; my usual size was very form fitting.
