LOVED this. Fit was big on me in the bust/straps, pinned straps together which helped some. Skirt length was ankle length on me, but I factored that in after reading reviews. Layered over sheer short sleeved dress, which helped provide coverage since the top was so large on me. Loved this, very comfortable and tons of style! Would rent again, could see it looking very cute with a cropped jacket or long blazer.

a perfect work sheath. conservative but the detailing gives it personality. fabric is stretchy, quality is excellent. i generally wear a 16 - this fit but was body con on me. still appropriate for work, but wore my spanx with it and felt more comfortable. wore to meetings with congress, so will work for even the most conservative offices.

Fit true to size for me - bit long in the shoulders but I tucked into my bra and wore a jacket, so it was fine. Veryyy long on me, but wore heeled knee high boots under and it hit right above the heel perfectly. Ended up changing into flats when I wore this on a flight, and it was doable, but had to save my dress from getting eaten by my luggage multiple times.

I'm almost always a size 16, and this dress was *tight*. Skintight basically everywhere, length was sort of midcalf on me. Liked the flare of the skirt, but it was tight in the arms, tight in the waist, tight in the midsection. This was one of those "in theory" as opposed to "in practice" experiences. Wasn't able to wear!
