Disappointing
The dress was beautiful in the photo - but in person it was disappointing. The appliqué flower petals were smooshed together and sticking out at a 90-degree angle from the dress - not cute. Almost impossible to get it zipped and the sleeves were scratchy.

Fun dress for a summer formal
Got lots of compliments on this dress! Colors & fabric were perfect for a "summer soiree" event. One note on fit: Badgely Mischka 6R is usually a perfect fit for me. This dress was a 6R also, but longer than expected (had to wear heels instead of flats), and loose in the bodice/armholes but tight around the empire waist.

Black tie, but not boring
Rented this gorgeous dress for a work event - got lots of compliments and stood out amidst a sea of black dresses. Modest cut but not at all frumpy. I wore this with a low-heeled (1-1/2") black d'Orsay pump. Anything higher would have made the hem too short. This has a boned/wired bodice, which wasn't entirely comfortable but not a dealbreaker. The shoulder seams were bunched up & the small decorative button at the back of the neckline fastened with a hook instead of a loop, so didn't lie flat. Maybe too many times through the dry cleaner?

Perfect for the Christmas Ball - I got loads of complements
Very comfortable - easy to walk/dance in and nice opaque fabric. Length was fine with low heels. I'm a 34B and the 6R was quite loose around the bust and back; the ruffled shoulder helped camouflage it. In any case, this is a STUNNING gown so other people aren't likely to notice a little extra fabric in the back ;-)

A perfect accessory for the red Carmen Marc Valvo one-shoulder gown
This is an elegant bracelet - sparkly but not gaudy, and comfortable to wear. Unfortunately, it was missing several stones (one of which was in the box) and I had to keep moving it around on my wrist so the gaps didn't show.

Very elegant & also very comfy!
This dress was so comfortable! It was for a wedding rehearsal dinner; after 2 1/2 hours of table-hopping (and eating), the dress looked as fresh as when the evening started. The fabric was amazing, soft and sleek with a sophisticated color palette. Perfect if you have an hourglass figure. I wore Spanx with it only because the fabric is quite thin and I didn't want even a suggestion of panty lines.

I got SO many compliments on this dress - perfect for an afternoon outdoor wedding.
The overall fit is snug - Spanx were a must. The fabric is thick and has almost no give. The bodice was fitted but not tight; it can be worn with a regular bra. The zipper was a little tricky thanks to all the beautiful embroidery, but not impossible.

Seaside Elegance
I wore this to the Commodore's Ball at our club and got lots of compliments on the color and "Grecian goddess" style. Very comfortable & great for dancing! The only reason for 4 stars is that the liner in the left bra cup was so badly creased that it was visible through all the pleating. Only 2 stitches holding it in place (the right side had 3), and I spent ~30 min trying to smooth it out. Not successful, but it was much less noticeable. Other than that it was a fabulous dress & would wear again.

I got these to go with the Nicole Miller Yucatan Coast gown - they went together beautifully (both dress & earrings were brighter than in the photos). Not too heavy, either, despite the size & # of stones.

Gorgeous color! Got lots of compliments. It was tricky to get into (spanx & nu bra are a must) but very comfy once it was on. The straps didn't lie flat, so I wore it off the shoulder & it worked fine. A note on length: I wore the 8R & it was a little shorter than expected. Ended up wearing gold sandals instead of heels as planned.

Don't be put off by the coral color -- these earrings are a much softer pink than in the photo. They're the color of pink grapefruit (hence the name "Grapefruit Drops").

A beautiful beachside wedding in Anguilla
GORGEOUS - the colors and fabric were a perfect match for the Caribbean setting. The dress is fitted through the waist, but very comfortable and easy to move in. The 6R is a bit long - I wore embellished flat sandals instead of heels. Not really a problem, but I did have to be careful with stairs (and the dance floor).

The annual Commodore's Ball at our club - a black-tie event to kick off the summer season.
Beautiful color and elegant cut - got lots of compliments! It was also surprisingly comfy throughout the evening w/a receiving line, dinner and dancing. The lining is stitched into the dress, so no problems with wrinkling or riding up. I ordered a 44 because the 42 wasn't available. It was a little roomy in the bodice (not unusual for me), but the length was shorter than expected (ended up wearing low heels, and if it had been any shorter I'd have worn embellished flat sandals). The hemline was a bit bunched/puckered and a little narrower than shown online. None of this was a dealbreaker, though: it is a beautiful dress!
