I wore this on our last night out in Vegas - Dinner, Cirque du Soleil and some roulette - the dealer complimented the pattern. I love renting Clover Canyon, this is my third dress of theirs (and second for this trip) and I know they will fit well and be flattering. The material is sleek, comfortable and forgiving and the prints are so much fun. I love the scuba material - I know not everyone is a fan, but I find it so comfy. My boyfriend liked the dress too and he's usually not a fan of anything too loud. I was shocked that he suggested it. It was really fun to wear.

I didn't actually get to wear the dress because I discovered a hole along the seam. I hadn't noticed when I tried on for size prior to packing this for vacation but I had a backup dress and RTR gave me a credit for the rental so everything worked out fine. I ordered the 4 & 6 (sometimes I'm between sizes but tend toward smaller dress size since I'm small up top) and the 6 fit perfectly. The combo of navy and black lace felt really subtle, the sheer parts weren't over the top so it felt comfortable for a variety of scenarios. I will definitely be renting this again sometime so I can actually wear it.

I rented this dress for my boyfriend's 35th birthday trip to Vegas. We went to dinner and club. The dress is so comfortable and flattering and the pattern is bright and fun. This is the second Clover Canyon dress I have worn and I absolutely loved it. The material is just thick enough to be modest and flattering for any figure and every dress is so unique. This will definitely become a go to designer from now on.

The material is stretchy but thick so I could have worn either size (S or M) but I went with the small because it seemed like the medium had potential to ride up when walking since it was slightly bigger. I wore a regular bra with this. Loved the neoprene, it provided enough coverage and was flattering. The cut out was fun. I wore this to a club and danced all night. It was perfect.

I sized up for my second size based on recommendations. I ended up wearing the 4 only because the 6, even though it fit better on the bottom, was unflattering on the top. It was too big, and didn't sit right - I couldn't get the shoulders to stay put - and the seaming on the bodice also gave the illusion of comically large nipples. There was also something odd about the lining on the 6, it kept bunching (that was probably just that dress because I didn't have that issue on the one I wore). The 4 was pretty snug on the bottom but not unflattering (said my boyfriend). The fabric is just slightly stretchy enough that it was still ok to walk and sit in, not ideal but ok. The seaming detail on the waist adds nice interest and is flattering. The sleeves are not restrictive. I also really liked the slightly longer in back hem. I think this dress is best for someone with very slim hips and a fuller chest. It's a good somewhat conservative choice as it's not low cut or too short. Overall it was fun to wear once but I wouldn't rent again as it's not ideal for my body.

The 4 fit perfectly and I was able to comfortably wear this dress without a bra - the bodice is supportive enough to go without. I am very small up top though and the dress was very fitted, I imagine girls with larger busts might not find it as comfortable. The lace back is discreet enough but sexy. I got so many compliments.

The colors are just beautiful - vibrant and fun. I got so many compliments. The fit was true to size and I was very thankful - my back up size wasn't available and I had my heart set on wearing this dress. I am sure that a size up or down wouldn't have fit anyway. The waist could have been a bit more tailored on me but that's my narrowest area and the hips and bust fit just fine. It's always nice to find a dress you can wear normal undergarments with. The dress could be worn with a belt to change the look. The fabric was great quality, didn't seem to wrinkle at all - such a plus when sitting down for a wedding on a very humid day. My reservations on this rental were that it arrived smelling a little less than fresh. I don't think the dry cleaning adequately removed the odors that lingered around the arm openings. I know that RTR would have remedied the situation without question had I complained but I decided to live with it since I loved the dress itself so much. This is just a warning really. Anyway, I aired it out and wore some perfume. I was the only one who noticed. That leads me to the arm holes themselves - they were pretty restrictive as many have said (which is why I believe there might have been extra lingering sweat odor, not much ability to circulate under there). I noticed that a tear had already been repaired on my rental and that I couldn't lift my arms up too high when I tried it on. I didn't think it would be a problem until I tried to drive to the ceremony and found it incredibly hard! I also ended up tearing the dress at the same spot as the repair when I lifted my arm too vigorously, I guess it was already a weak spot. All in all, this was a fun rental and I loved wearing it. Just don't rent it if you have to drive anywhere or if you're particularly broad or muscular in the shoulders and arms because it could be a bit uncomfortable.
