Interesting cut makes for a great conversation starter.
The dress was gorgeous, and I love that the lining is visible with the cut, as it adds an interesting spin on something that would otherwise be a standard cocktail dress. There is zero give in the waist. I went to a wedding with a mac and cheese bar and almost busted out of this thing. This might have been because I wore a 6 instead of my normal 8 (which they were out of). It's worth noting regardless.

Gorgeous, but a little heavy
These are a little heavy, which wasn't surprising when looking at them. However, they did look more purple than grey/white, so they didn't fit super well with my dress.

A little larger than expected, but not heavy at all
These were awesome earrings. I renter them with the Halston Heritage "Rocket in the Sky" dress and they matched wonderfully. They were larger than I expected, but not have heavy as I thought they were going to be. If you're looking for a classy, stud earring, these will do the trick.

Classy and comfy, perfect for a conservative wedding.
I wore this to a conservative wedding, as I didn't want the girls on display. The dress was really well received and I got lots of compliments. It's comfy, as the dress is just darted and doesn't have any boning in the bodice. The hem is heavy, so it doesn't ride up or wrinkle in any way. It's not stretchy however, which means that I could only cut about 90% of my dance moves on the floor. The dress had pockets but they weren't big enough to really hold anything. I would rent this again or recommend to a friend.

Shapely dress caught a lot of eyes. Fabric is gorgeous, but on the heavy side.
The bust has a lot of built-in shape, and the dress can be worn without a bra. The boning in the dress is flattering, yet still comfortable. The skirt is much bubblier than I thought it would be, but because of the shape of the top it actually played up my shape well. The skirt was a bit longer than I had imagined. I think the model they used has legs for days. Had I worn heels instead of flats it wouldn't have been as big a deal. I wore the dress for a mid-May graduation in Nevada. I will warn you that the fabric is deceptively heavy. I was a bit toasty by the end of the event. It should be mentioned that the fabric is absolutely GORGEOUS. My elderly grandmother compared it to really elegant upholstery (in a good way). I ordered a 6 as my primary size, and an 8 as my backup. The 6 fit perfectly, but since I wanted to wear a bra and planned on eating a really big lunch, I wore the 8. I had to pull the dress up a tiny bit, but I don't regret the decision. I would wear this again in a heartbeat.

Surprisingly sturdy and extremely beautiful
I wasn't really planning on ordering an accesory with my dress, but the model was posing with this one so I thought I'd try it out. This purse was really cute and very pretty. I was worried that it wasn't going to be sturdy, but it held my iPhone, ID, credit card, eye liner, lipstick, and mirror securely. Even with all that, the clasp is very easy to open. It comes with a strap as well to you can wear it like a purse. Unfortunately you can't remove the strap, so if you're using it without the strap you have to tuck it inside the box.

The texture of the dress is awesome, but boning can be paining
I love the texture of the dress. The layers of material and the inclusion of lace made this really simple dress shape stand out visually. My one major complaint is that the boning in the dress started to stab me in the chest by the end of the evening, and actually left wounds. I wouldn't recommend it.

Second size was damaged and my preferred size ran extremely small and didn't fit
I've always enjoyed the amazing customer service from Rent the Runway. I had ordered a size 6, as I've never had issues fitting into a 6 through this site. The reviews stress that this runs small, so I ordered an 8 as a backup. I was called a day before my rental arrived and was informed that a previous customer had damaged the 8 and I would only receive the 6. Unfortunately the 6 didn't work at all. I couldn't zip up the zipper past my hips. The dress feels extremely frail, so I understand how the other dress could have been damaged. Seeing how the dress looked when it arrived, I don't believe it would have looked great on me anyways. I have an long torso, and the construction of the pleats in the middle of the dress would have made me look pregnant. So I rate this dress low only because it didn't work for me. Rent the runway refunded the rental and continues to have extremely great customer service.

The color turns heads and the fabric feels great
The dress fit well and the thickness of the fabric kept me warm even in an outdoor Seattle wedding. The color is very bright. The way the shoulder is constructed makes certain actions difficult, but it's a minor flaw.

Extremely soft and comfortable. Great if you're dancing at a party.
This was my favorite dress I've rented because it was so comfortable to wear. The lace isn't itchy and the grey fabric is extremely soft. It showed off my shape quite well, and has room to give if you're eating a meal.

The dress looks great when standing still but even better when walking.
This was one of my favorite dresses I've rented. I felt like a queen wearing this. I don't think a single dress I've used has turned as many heads as this one did. I ordered this dress after reading reviews so I had a warning about how high the slit was. The construction of the dress means that it flows beautifully when walking, the fabric lays nicely, and it looked great on my shape. It got windy later on in the evening, so I had to make extra sure my goods didn't go on display. I also had to be mindful of walking down stairs and initially sitting down. It's a small detail, but the height of the slit is something to keep in mind. I had a backless bra ready to go but found that you could still see it with my particular shape. I ended up just using fashion tape which worked all night. I'd rent it again.

This dress ran true to size, and was very stretchy and comfortable. The arm band thing is a little impractile, as I couldn't raise my arms or wear a coat during the evening.
