This dress is incredibly flattering for women with straight bodies!
If you have no waist, this dress is for you! It creates the illusion of a waist and is incredibly flattering. My only tip would be to size up if you have a big bust -- the material up top is not forgiving or stretchy.

The neckline is so reminiscent of vintage collars and dresses -- reminded me of the Jacqueline Kennedy when she was First Lady. This dress is classy and conservative. I'm rather short so the only issue I had was that it was big around the waist and perhaps an inch too long but that's a problem specific to me as a petite woman.

So many compliments!
The band around the waist really helps create the illusion of a waist when you have a straight body type. I received so many compliments on this dress and how distinct it was. I'm an attorney and it was a perfect dress to wear to the office.

Armpit area was loose
The fit was close to the body which was fine, but the armpits on this one bunched up and gave the illusion of an excessive amount of armpit fat (we all have our share of armpit fat, but this was above and beyond what I have). Didn't wear it :(

The dress is cute, but it smelled like body odor after an hour of wearing it
Loved the dress but not sure it was cleaned all that well. Body odor started emanating from the underarms after an hour of wearing it, and I do not have body odor. Now I'm a little concerned that the smelly bacteria will stay with me even after I return this dress.

Tons of compliments!
The blouse fully unzips in the back, making it easy to get into and out of. Loved the fit, the collar, and the lace placement. Perfect for work under a blazer and transitions well into after hours drinks.

Cute detailing, comfy dress
This was my first RTR experience and I am pleased with their in-house brand. As I stated on the rating, it fit true to size and the zipper was in perfect working order over the back seam (this tends to be a problem for most dresses). I'm very short and this dress fell right at the knee, making the slits come up just above the knee -- totally work appropriate.
