It was very easy to rent. The packaging was very nice, and I liked that you could track the dress.
I wore this dress to my senior prom, it's a very beautiful gown. I received compliments the whole night. However, the dress did run very big on the top and I had to pin the top together. If you can try on a smaller size along with your true size. In all the dress is amazing and I recommend it to anyone for any occasion!
