This dress is very fitted, but with no stretch. I got the 0 & 2, wore the 2. Couldn't get the 0 even on really. The 2 fit well, but I couldn't lift my arms past making a low 'V', because there's no give in the underarm area. It's sheer lace up top & the arms, but lined with a nude liner through the bodice. The lace does not stretch. But I have to say, I still loved it. I felt sexy but sophisticated. Wore black stilettoes & carried my nude patent wristlet clutch. Hubby planned dinner at my fave upscale restaurant, then he surprised me with a bowling party with all our friends at a new hot spot that is more like an edgy hipster bar with a dj, bowling, shuffle board, & other old school games! Completely threw me, since I was still in this dress. LOL! But that's ok. It just made it more fun, even if I was wearing bowling shoes.

I wore this along with the Kendra Scott Gwen blue agate earrings. My shoes were a very light nude leather wedge sandal. (I think if you go too casual with the shoe, it just doesn't do the dress justice. Wear heels or a dressier wedge with these types of dresses ladies. It lifts the tushy more which is what you should be going for in this dress). It was for my bridal shower at a upscale casual restaurant. It was of course, very tight & form fitting. I mean, come on, it's Herve Leger bandage dress. What did you expect? I definitely needed help zipping it up, but also to be expected. I was sans panties but did wear a nude lightly padded bra which worked perfectly for me. Once you have it on for a bit, it feels very comfortable. I am only 5'2", so the dress came to right above my knee, which is fine. You don't need to shorten it & look like a hooker because of the fit. It was very sophisticated. I think athletic figures (which I have) are suited to these types of dresses. I really enjoyed this one!

Beautiful silver, totally glamorous! I wore this for the GA Entertainment Gala & awards show. Perfect for this red carpet event. I am typically a 0 or 2, as I am petite but with a very athletic build because of my back, arms & shoulders. I also have a wide rib cage. Which made this dress difficult to zip (side zipper). I got it up about 98% of the way, & just let it sit. I was definitely squished at the top, but that is not the fault of the design of the dress. That is mine for working out my upper body so much, so if you're typically small framed this should be no problem for you. I liked that it hugged my body but not in a tight or uncomfortable way. It does not have stretch though. The drape was excellent. It was very comfortable. I ordered both the 2L & 2R. Wore the 2L with my 3 1/2 in silver strappy stilettos, so the length was just enough puddle over my toes (I'm 5'2", 108lbs). I hate it when dresses are too short just as much as too long because it just looks wrong in the way it hangs. So if you're wearing heels, go with the Long even if you're short. If you're really petite framed & very short & wearing flats, wear the Regular. I loved the open part of the back as well. I chose to not wear any bra or underwear, but you could easily wear Spanx if you need to. The Ben-Amun Linear Emerald Drop earrings looked gorgeous with this! The green gave a nice accent of color with all the silver. I don't think you need to be too matchy match with your accessories with a solid color dress. So those were perfect! Classy! Recommend!!

Carried this with the David Meister silver gown. Very lightweight. Roomy enough to carry my keys, id, credit card, some cash, lipgloss, oil blotting papers & iPhone5. I think I still had room to fit some biz cards in there, but forgot to put them in (hindsight...oh well). So you should have PLENTY of room for necessities. It has a little if you want to carry it that way, but I just tucked it inside & carried the regular way. Beautiful icy silver metal that is flexible. Stayed closed, but I could easily open it when needed. I've owned clutches in the past that either won't stay closed or hard to open. Highly recommend!

I wore this for the screening of a film I starred in in conjunction with a charity event. It was held at church in an all purpose room. I was definitely dressed up for the occasion compared to other attendees, but that tends be my style. The color is incredibly beautiful! Lovely forest green. Went great with my skin, hair & eyes. This one would look good on just about anyone. It was the XS which was extremely TIGHT. I had a bit of difficulty getting it on & with the side zipper. Had to have help from my fiancé to get it off. I almost pulled a muscle in my shoulder trying to get it off by myself. So he had to pull it off over my head. I can't imagine trying to get it off if I lived alone! (This is my reason for 4 stars) It stretches very little, & shows every bump & curve. I'm petite with an athletic frame since I'm total gym rat (I lift pretty heavy), so you're going to see that in this dress. I did wear a regular bra, no problem. Debated on wearing underwear or not, but did wear some very tiny form-fitting seamless G-strings.(those suckers are definitely no-show, & that is all I recommend you wear with this dress. If you don't have seamless no-show thongs/G-strings, just go commando). I wore black suede stiletto booties with it.

Fit: I typically wear a 0 in most dresses, but since I'm lifting a little more in the gym these days for my competition, my back has widened. Im petite, but athletic & muscular. If you're just skinny with no definition then a 0 would fit you. So thank goodness I decided to order both the 0 & the 2. I wore the 2, & it fit perfectly! Super comfortable! no problems with anything! Overall: loved this dress! My fiancé kept saying over & over how beautiful I looked, even this morning after. Even his buddies who are very much "guys" said I looked beautiful. Said I'm not supposed to upstage the bride. Ha! (believe me that couldn't happen). This dress is super classy & elegant. Although the color, style, & fabric of this dress is gorgeous & stunning, I could not make it fit. And I ordered one size up for a backup & it still didn't fit. I couldn't even get them zipped. It runs super small. I typically wear a 0. If I had gone two sizes up, it wouldn't have fit in length & the strap would've just hung off because I am short. This dress might fit a much taller woman, but you definitely have to be super model thin & tall. So unfortunate, because it is a beautiful dress. But RTR was wonderful about the return & credit that I used toward a future rental.
