There wasn't much difference between the medium and large.. I could've gone either way but the medium was shorter ;) this dress is made out of a thick material so I did get kinda hot. And it wasn't the mosssstttt flattering after eating a bunch of Mexican food haha

I usually wear an 8 or a 10 in everyday clothes. I have some child-bearing-sized-hips but the 8 fit perfectly and was very flattering on my curvy body type. Also, I have bigger arms, so the sleeves were a teeny bit tight which I was momentarily worried about but the material gives some. I am 5'5- the 8L was perfect to wear with heels. The chest and upper tummy area is see through. I wore a nude colored strapless which worked perfect for me but depends on what you're comfortable with. Overall, I defffffinitely recommend this dress!
