It wasn't particularly flattering on me or a friend who tried it on who has an amazing body. I may have gotten an older dress but the one that I received was not the pure red that I expected, it was closer to a crimson. It was not as low cut as I would have liked it to be and the neckline was not flattering to either me or my friend who has natural 34d breasts. I wouldn't rent it again, but it is still Herve so if you like the color and the cut, I would recommend renting it.

I rented this for a birthday trip and I loved it. Its super short and the midsection bunched up in a bit of an awkward way that was not flattering and didn't look good in photos. It will not suck you in like other Herve dresses will. I can wear mediums of the bandage dresses but this one would preclude me from sitting if I had worn the medium. I also didn't feel comfortable with how short the medium was once I tried it on. However, I got a LOT of looks from both men and women, and the dress is beautiful. It is obviously an expensive designer dress and people could definitely tell. My date for the night didn't have specifically amazing things to say about it but he definitely liked it and he definitely thought that I looked great in it. I would rent this again and I would recommend it despite the fact that the midsection was a bit awkwardly tailored.

Perfectly complemented the gold Herve dress that I rented, which was strapless. Would purchase this necklace.

I was super comfy but it didnt suck it my midsection like other herve dresses that i have rented. i would recommend going with a more unique dress if you want to stand out and make sure that people know that its an authentic herve. I really liked how comfortable I felt in in though and it is definitely a sexy dress. Good for a first date or a party. Probably not the best option for a more upscale event but I didnt rent it for one either so overall I would recommend it if you are looking for something that is only black. The other herve ones that I was hesitant about because I was afraid that the color would not be as flattering were actually really flattering and beautiful though, so if you are deciding between this and another herve that is more colorful I would go with a colored dress. I wore it with a bombshell bra so the hourglass figure was totally awesome and the side view was incredible. Still a beautiful dress though which I would love to own. Its a great piece that you could wear over and over.
