First, you should know I normally wear a size 10, and I wore an 8 in this dress. So it does run big. It is oh-so-figure flattering. My husband was absolutely smitten with me in it. And I got tons of compliments. I wore it to a fashion luncheon, and the dress was a hit! My husband and I travel to Palm Springs for little getaways, and the next time we go, I have to rent this dress again. It's wonderful resort wear!

It's so much more lightweight than you would expect. Comfortable to wear, it does have a tendency to want to flip. So you want to check on it throughout your day and adjust as needed. There is some sparkle and shine to it, but it's not over-the-top, so you can wear this during the day without coming off too much like a show-off.

I fell in love with this dress so much that I am on a mission to own it. The fabric is silky soft. The cut flatters the shoulders. The front does open. So you'll either want to wear fashion tape or wear a bustier beneath (as I did) and let it do a little peek-a-boo. This dress is bold! Only a confident woman can get away with this one. It's sexy, but classy; and it's especially flattering on a curvy figure. My best advice when wearing this dress: HAVE FUN!

While I wore this dress to a formal event, it was an event where I was actually working. So not only was I looking for something appropriate for the affair, I was also looking for something comfortable. And this dress nailed it! It felt like I was wearing a T-shirt and it's very figure flattering. I chose a size smaller than usual as my back up dress, and had it been a date night, I would have chosen to wear the smaller size version. This dress is sexier when fitted. However, for what I was doing that night (running in heels and working it), I stayed with the roomier larger size dress and I'm glad I did. Like I said, it felt like I was wearing a T-shirt dress... but with pockets! Which is exactly what I needed for my job that night. The dress can come off boring when it arrives on the hanger, but add some snazzy heels and a statement-making necklace, and you've got an interesting look for your soiree.

I love this dress so much, I want to own it! I wore it to celebrate my birthday and it totally added something special to my day. If you already have an hourglass figure, then your body will feel at home in this little number. But if you are anything but hourglass, this dress is cut in such a way that you will appear hourglass. For me, it required a little fashion tape at the cleavage, but otherwise, it's the perfect dress to be the center of attention.

Figure flattering? Yes. Especially if you're hourglass like I am. However, be careful. In a photo, the dress looks great. But in person, it can come off a little hostess/server/maid-like if not styled correctly. I couldn't help but wonder if I should be holding a silver platter with a load of champagne glasses on it. So punch up the look with color and sparkle, if you can. Or someone may be asking you when the hors d'oeuvres are due to arrive.

I agree with the reviewer Mary about this dress being cut for a taller woman with a smaller bust. I am a curvy, petite, Latina woman. I felt like the dress did not hang well along my curves (bust and derrière). However, the construction is impeccable and the print is stunning. I still got a lot of compliments, but I now know to be hesitant with this brand.
