Little house on the prairie?
Didn't love this dress - at 5'5", this dress hit right at my ankles and overall seemed to overwhelm my body. The colors weren't right for me either. It seemed like the frills were just a bit too big and gave me a "little house on the prairie" feel.

Lovely dress, lining inside is very short
Heavy dress (like it weighs a lot compared to others I tried on), but this dress was gorgeous. I added a black belt to it to really cinch the waist. Would recommend the dress

Impractical- this is not a dress
I read reviews saying this dress was short, but I was not expecting it to be as short as it was. I am 5'5". I do not have a long torso. When I sat down, this dress rode up so high that my entire bottom and other private parts touched the seat. I'm super glad I tested this at home before wearing it out. I would've NEVER wanted to wear this in public where I need to sit down. So gross. I would not, under any circumstance, recommend wearing this as a dress.

The top kept gapping apart- renter BEWARE!
I rented this with the intention of wearing it to work. Oh my goodness. I wore this out to dinner first and the top kept gapping open just as I was sitting at the able eating. It was obscene. My entire bra was exposed at some points. Fortunately, I was with family, but still I would have been mortified if I had that type of wardrobe malfunction at work. Renter beware! You WILL need fashion tape or safety pins or something to hold the top from gapping apart.

This dress is so beautiful! I loved every minute I wore it. I'm 5'5", 124lbs, 32C, and this dress fit very nicely. I did have to pull it up a couple of times, but it wasn't a big enough deal to wish I'd ordered an XS

What do you do with all the drawstrings?!
I wore this out once, but oh man. Okay there are like 8 drawstrings on this dress and I have no idea how the model has them all configured. I tried and I looked like a mess. Then the drawstrings came undone and I looked frumpy. If this dress could come with an instruction manual, that'd be great.

Made my hips look VERY wide
This dress is beyond beautiful! I wished I loved it, but the dress has pockets which don't lay flat and ended up adding about 2 inches on either side of my hips, so in total, I looked MUCH wider than I really am. If I had more narrow hips (I'm pretty hour glass shaped) then it would've been okay, but it was too much for me.

Not as heavy as you'd expect
Loved these earrings. They were big earrings made of metal, so there is some weight to them, but they weren't as heavy as I anticipated. I could comfortably wear them for an evening.

I rented this for everyday wear and when it arrived I was SHOCKED at how short it was. On the model in the picture, the top looks like it will be a reasonable length, but in reality, it hardly went to the top of my high waisted pants. I couldn't wear it out.

Beautiful dress but beware pockets are unflattering!
TL:DR; size up if you have wider hips! I missed in the description that there are pockets on this short dress. While I typically love pockets on dresses, these pockets do not sit well in the dress and so they end up bunching up around your hips. If you have narrow hips, this won't be a problem for you. But if you're like me and have wider hips, the bunching up of the pockets will look weird especially one right beneath where the pocket slit endsand the dress becomes narrow again.

Wanted to love it, but a bit too big
I thought this dress would be more winter appropriate, but it was very summery with the light material and white polka dots. The neck in particular gapped even with the buttons done up. Would recommend getting your usual size (if you want a looser fit) or a size smaller if you're between sizes.

Very cute and modest! Really liked it. Ended up in the 2. Since I wore this to a wedding I had to travel for, I appreciated that I didn't have to pack a bunch of jewelry to complete the look.

So gorgeous!
I ordered the 0p and 2r because those were the last two sizes available! The 2r slightly gapped away and sagged around the armpits, but in the front where the cut outs are, so I ended up going with the slightly more snug 0p. Really loved the length of the 0p too, I'm 5'5" and wore 3.5" heels and thought the length was perfect. NOTE there is a tiny train with this dress! Overall this dress was stunning, elegant, and didn't require more than a bold pair of earrings to tie it together.
