This is basically a tank top connected to a skirt - it is a strange fit, where the skirt is bunchy and made me look huge, and the top was also a weird fit

Fit great. I was a little worried about the cleavage but it was not bad and there is a lot of room in that waist/butt. Felt great in this dress and loved the shoulders, very flattering. Heels were about 3 1/2 inches and I am pretty tall (5'10") and still had ok length, didn't feel too short.
