This dress is adorable. Loved the color blocking, pockets and poofy skirt. I ended up wearing my backup dress for my cousin's formal wedding though, because this one was too big. I normally wear a size 4 and rented both a 2 and 4, since others said this ran big. I didn't even try on the 4 since the 2 was so roomy. It still would have been cute to wear, but not as flattering as it could have been due to the sizing. I'm petite and it hit just at my knee. The skirt is poofy as other noted but still adorable! I don't think it was over the top- just different and playful. I may rent this again in a smaller size.

Loved this dress! Got many compliments all around at my cousin's formal wedding, and my aunt even declared it the dress of the night. The color is a vibrant green but not obnoxious. I usually wear a size 4, which this was. It's definitely form fitting, so would suggest either control top hose or good undies to make sure everything's laying smoothly. Since I'm petite, it hit right at the knee which was fine for this occasion. The sleeves were just a little long but I just folded up 1/2 inch and it blends in with the material. I'd recommend this dress if you're looking for something simple and classy but that stands out a bit. You can dress up or down for sure. Definitely a flattering pick!
