I'm a size 4/6 with a very small bust, size 6 fit perfectly aside from needing sticky tape at the top to keep from falling down. I'd say it runs fairly true to size, maybe slightly on the smaller size through hips (I have none so that's saying something). Perfect midi length for heels. I'm wearing 4". (Husband is 6'6) I am 5'7 138 lbs.
