Wore this with a blouse I rented from RTR to lunch it not only looked great with the blouse but was a huge help since I was home alone and could not get the back neck buttoned so had to hide it with the jacket! The sleeves have great flare detail and are not to long however the elastic ruffle detail in the upper arm is tight could be that my arms are big but I feel like it would still be tight great jack cute buttons I actually bought this

Super cute has great colors and a flouncy ruffle in front that doesn't stick up and annoy. It has deep side vents that are great on hips. I normally wear a 10 but got a 12 for more of a tunic style. The only complaint is the neck button is fabric and so is the loop it goes into. It has no slide to it and the fabric friction kept the loop from sliding over the button I had to wear un buttoned even my husband could not get it. Because of that the neck was bigger and looser then it should have been
