I put it runs large because I usually wear larger than an XS but based on reviews decided to get that size.  I have a fairly large ribcage and broad shoulders but the XS worked - even though couldn't button, wanted to wear open anyway.  My backup size Small could have been buttoned but was a bit boxy looking - might work for someone with a larger bust.  It had a tiny bit of stretch so I was comfortable all evening, even dancing quite a bit.  Loved it and would consider buying it.

From reading reviews I sized down and felt perfectly comfortable in the XS. would recommend to anyone looking for an easy extra added layer! 

This was a cute jacket.  Just a little more special than an average denim jacket.  Brand new with tags is always nice as well.  The sleeves are little tulip shapes and fit really nicely.  Several compliments.  I wore the XS.  I didn't button it, but it would have been snug if I'd tried.  Arms were fine though.

Wore this with a blouse I rented from RTR to lunch it not only looked great with the blouse but was a huge help since I was home alone and could not get the back neck buttoned so had to hide it with the jacket! The sleeves have great flare detail and are not to long however the elastic ruffle detail in the upper arm is tight could be that my arms are big but I feel like it would still be tight great jack cute buttons I actually bought this

Panicked while I was packing for vacation and realized my trusty denim jacket was missing. This one is much boxier than I prefer and I didn't love the buttons or flared sleeves, but the dark color and cropped fit were close enough in a pinch to sub in for my favorite. Didn't buy it, but was relieved to have it along on chillier nights. @rtrjunkie

Cute bell sleeves. Looks nice with long sleeve underneath. Comfortable in its roomiest underarm cut and fits broader shoulders comfortably but it is not stretchy so don't size down. Fits true to size. Golden stitching. Med to dark blue. Not too warm because it lets the air come in with bell sleeves. 

I loved this jacket so much that I bought it.  It's a bit unique for a denim jacket with the sleeves and buttons, but it has the versatility of a basic jacket.  I liked the rich color too.  Definitely a winner!

adorable style, was unique but casual enough to wear everyday. Wore to work and then to a summer European vacation

I ordered the xs after reading reviews. I should have ordered a small, which is my normal size and it would have worked. The XS was too tight.

Very true to size. It was shorten at bottom than I expected.

Runs small through the shoulders and arms.  

This arrived with the tags still on and fit pretty OK.  It was a little bigger than I excepted because of my chest and I have broad shoulders, but I wouldn't have been able to comfortably wear a small.  

It is heavy denim and well made.   I didn't wear it because the denim was extremely stiff.  I was envisioning a softer denim that draped well and since it wasn't like that, it didn't work with the outfit I had planned for it.  

Fits very boxy, and runs large. Not good for a thinner frame, I was unable to wear it. 

Really pretty jacket but the arms were extremely tight, unable to wear. 

This jacket is so cute, I wish I could have worn it. It has no stretch to it and I could not even lift my arms up. I normally wear a medium in everything and err on a little bit larger size since so many of RTR jacket designers here are fitting a little on the small side. I thought it would be best to get size large and maybe if you have narrower shoulders it would work.
