Cute dress that's light weight for Texas spring/summer. Can't wait to wear to work and could dress up with blazer. The fit and flare shape works great for a pear shape. Middle is pretty snug and top is a little loose for the busy but I have a very small bust. Nothing too special but good solid work staple that could go to date or dinner after work.

Not right fit for pear shape with small bust - looked like prairie woman
Love equipment and most of their stuff works really well for my body type. I think this would work really well with a slim body type head to toe. On my pear shape the bottom fit fine but the top was really loose and sleeves were really puffy and just did Not look chic. Looked more like runaway sister wife.
