A beautiful dress! Understated elegant shape and color.
It does hit above your natural waist. I have a large rib cage and found it was a bit snug but a much better fit than the 6, which gaped. Such a beautiful shade of purple and the V-neck is noticeable but tasteful.

A real standout in a sea of black!
Wore this to a symphony fundraiser and it was suprsingly very comfortable. Evereything felt comfortably secured and the drape of the skirt was very fun. Color was gorgeous

Definitely stood out in a sea of long black dresses!
Unique and beautiful dress. Substantive fabric was great as it wasn't too clingy and held its shape. The color can wash out fair skin. I'd suggest wearing your hair up to highlight the neckline.

Lovely and unique
Like everyone else has commented, this dress is more ivory than white with such a beautifully-detailed embroidery pattern throughout. I also had to pin the straps. Not sure if I tried to squeeze into too-small a size but the dress hit a bit high (natural waist-ish) it felt 60's retro in a fun, flirty way! Lots of compliments on this dress

Elegant gown
This dress was stunning and draped beautifully. Unfortunately I did not opt for this one as I wanted something other than black for the event. However, it is so flattering and the long was definitely long (with heels I'm 6'1 and it still hit the floor). Absolutely gorgeous dress!

A beautiful (comfortable) gown
I rented this dress for an inaugural ball and loved the color! It is a bit daring and might actually be better suited for a woman with curves but I certainly enjoyed wearing it; I got quite a few compliments that night! Thanks RTR for making the evening special.

A great birthday dress!

HOT and good for athletic gals
So I've been generally unsuccessful with Herve Leger because his dresses work best on women with curves. But this dress was amazing! The colorblocking and cutouts were perfect to balance out the proportions of the dress. I look forward to renting this one again soon :) I might have gotten away with an XS but preferred just a bit of give with the small.

A fantastic and unexpected dress. Be prepared for lots of compliments!
Absolutely LOVED this dress. Have rented quite a few for several different types of occasions but this is one of my all-time favorites. With the right accessories, you can absolutely dress it up. Received many compliments and felt comfortable all night in it. The photo looks a bit pink but the dress is most definitely a rich flattering red.

The dress is a fun alternative to standard formal cocktail dresses yet is still elegant and a head-turner!
Rented this dress for a residency graduation banquet and got lots of compliments. Secure fasteners inside the dress prevent any concerns about the top slipping. The fabric of the dress was beautiful and substantive-- felt luxe :) Suggest having a tan to pull off this color and accessorize with gold jewelry.

This is a stunning dress. It was very comfortable and not at all heavy. Fantastic dress for someone who's athletic or straight & narrow. The gathering at the side defines the waist and the single shoulder showcases great collarbones. Loved it.

I rented this dress for my birthday party and it was a great hit. Best for someone who wants to showcase their legs and doesn't want to worry about sucking in all night :) The dress is forgiving but still has a great shape and the ruffles add a lot of fun movement!
