The colors and style were perfect for an outdoor wedding. It was outside on one of the hottest and most humid days of the year but I was still ok with the long length. The top has boning and as a result I didn't need to wear a bra (which helped keep me cooler). It did take another person to help zip me up, the ribbon accent is what is tricky to "zip over". I loved it! The one thing I thought was odd was that the tag didn't say "long" on it. It just gave the size so I am assuming it was the correct length. I wore a wedge heel and the dress was maybe half an inch off the ground which worked fine for me.

The dress was a great option for an awards dinner . I am 5'10 (with a 33 inseam) so it was on the short side, but not inappropriate. I wore a nude bra and you could not see it through the mesh back. It also had criss- cross straps so they were not visible either. The dress has some nice stretch to it and was very flattering.

While I hate the photo of myself, I loved the dress. It was a July wedding and this dress was perfect. It is super light fabric. I needed a second set of hands to zip it, it got "stuck" at the waist. The waist was very true to size, the bust was a touch big and I was self conscious about the people sitting behind me in church (that's what wraps are for). It was a little short. I'm tall but in a disproportionate sort of way with an average torso, but long legs (34 in inseam), so the length may just be a tall girl issue (not so much that I didn't wear heels). Even so it didn't fell inappropriately short, just noticeable (mostly just to me).

I rented this necklace as an accent for the dress I rented (also picture). It was great. The dress pushed my bust up, and the necklace camouflaged my unexpected cleavage nicely. It was very pretty, but a little bit heavy. I would rent it again.

I ordered the 4 and the 6, but at the last minute I got an e-mail saying the 6 was returned damaged ( as a result I got to pick a free second dress). I think the 6 would have been perfect, but I managed with the 4. It definitely required an extra set of hands to zip me up and the waist band has no give (it's ribbon) so taking a deep breath became a luxury. The smaller size pushed my bust up so if you have more on top than I do it may have been too much. I received a ton of compliments and the pockets were awesome and placed well so as not to accentuate hips. I would definitely rent this again!
