Overall, once I used fashion tape to make the dress shorter, I felt the proportions were better suited to me because it felt a bit matronly at the hem length it is otherwise. However, overall, I did really enjoy wearing the dress and it’s a fun, unique piece.

Pretty but complicated…
This dress was pretty but was a bit of a pain to wear. I wore it “backwards” for my event but still didn’t love it because the arm holes were a bit too long.

Big and underwhelming…
The fit of the dress was huge and not at all form fitting on me. I’m typically a 6 and the medium was swimming on me. For a fit similar to the model I should have gotten an XS.

I rented this for a date night and the top was so tight I couldn't wear it. I wouldn't say I am big busted and am a true 8 so I would say size up one or two sizes for sure!

I loved the fit of the dress and it was perfect for taking some family photos in! I do agree with other girls though and had to wear a cami under the dress because the seams were a bit itchy but it became a non-issue once I wore the cami. Loved it!

This dress was so fun and would be perfect for layering underneath for the office or wearing on it's own for a bunch of different types of events. I loved the detailing the most. Loved the look of this dress on the hanger but a little less on me. It ended up being super short on my 5'7" frame and the slip part underneath was tight. I recommend either sizing up if you are hippy or long torosed. Still loved the dress and the color and received a ton of compliments... just felt a bit to self conscience.

I really liked almost everything about this dress except that the dress has a slip/liner and the slip ended up being quite tight-much tighter then the outside portion which ended up working but rode up a lot. You would be totally fine if you don't have hips and a booty like me!

Tight...Not Flowy like I expected
When I went to try this dress on for the first time I realized the second I started to pull it over my head that it was going to be too tight. Everywhere fit fine except for the hip/butt area. I was expecting it would be loose but it wasn't at all and was so tight and I had to send it right back without wearing it. Order a size up if you have hips and a booty like I do.

Even after reading everyones reviews I still decided to give it a try and rent it even though I knew there was a high likelihood that it would be to short....I was super bummed when I tried it on and it was so short that it barely covered my butt. I have a super long torso so if you don't have that or a butt this dress could be a stand out. I so wish it would have worked for me.
