This dress is surprisingly light weight and I love the woven pattern. It is much cuter in person than what comes across in photos. It's actually a sparkly blue instead of black accent which surprised me but great for fall! I wore this to a rehearsal dinner for a wedding and it was the perfect length. The dress did have some fit issues for me- it was extremely tight in the waist (I am usually an 8 but this one I wish I had a 10) and hard to zip but then was huge in the busy and shoulders. I had to pin across the back to bring the straps in and then tape around the bust to keep everything in (and I am not large chested at all). That being said it was great to have pockets and I got so many compliments! The dress did have some pulls in the fabric when it arrived so just be careful about tucking those back in if you rent it.

I rented this dress for an early fall wedding. It had such great sparkle and fit the venue well. Everyone was complimenting how fun and festive the dress was. It had a nice stretch in the waist and the cut was very flattering around any problem areas. The zipper was very difficult on the waist and required another person to help it zip. Also the cut is very low and gapes around the breast area. I had to use tape to keep everything in place but once in it held all night! Would rent again. I didn't experience any scratching or irritation from the sequins as mentioned in a few other reviews as the liner is soft but I can certainly see how they could be irritating under the arm if rubbing occurs.

The shirt is a nice thick material and the cut is very flattering to cover any unwanted muffin top that pants can create. The zipper is very difficult to get over the banded waist and it took another person to zip me in. Once on thought very comfortable and cute. A little too low cut for work but perfect for a warm fall day with a blazer
