Hard to explain, but it just didn't lay smoothly
The dress fit me, but somehow it didn't lay down smoothly around the shoulder area and look as nice as some other fitted dresses that I own.

Love the color and the fit. I bought it and kept it.
I have curves (38-30-41; 34DD) and I am tall (5'10"). This dress has a nice modest length and neckline, making it great for work, yet it is very figure flattering. I received multiple compliments on the day that I wore it, which led to my purchasing it.

Flattering and comfortable. Fabric is warm and soft for winter.
This is a great winter dress, but you do need to add a shrug or jacket obviously. The color, fit, and fabric look very elegant. I would be concerned about the long term durability based on one spot that showed a faint hint of pilling, but for a rental this is no issue.

Got compliments. Very nice fabric.
I really liked this dress, and I received compliments. It was a little tight on my hips (hourglass figure 38-29-41), but I don't think I could size up considering the waist. It was comfortable, but I had to pull it down several times during the day. If it weren't for that detail, I would have probably purchased the dress.

RTR recommended large, and in this case it was a mistake. Stick with your regular size.
The fabric is nice and heavy for winter. I wouldn't recommend this for an overheated office. It is very comfortable, but because I had the wrong size, my partner hated how it looked on me. I didn't love it enough to go through the hassle to size down. Try it if you want a warm, comfortable yet professional winter dress.

Not for 5' 10" lady with 35 inch inseam
As I said in the title, this jumpsuit doesn't look quite right on a person with a 35 inch inseam. I can handle an inch or two of ankle but this was almost up to my calves. Also, I didn't find the excess of fabric on the top to be flattering. Not sure I would have worn this even if long enough. The sizing was true and the fabric quality was high.

Size ran smaller than other items from RTR, and I thought I would still look lumpy in a size up. I have a small "I had a kid" belly, so if that is a concern for you too, maybe pass.

This dress was so great I almost bought it. The silk is high quality, and the pattern is even more striking in person. I got many compliments.
