This dress fit the bill. I wore it to a black tie outdoor fall wedding. The fabric was comfortable-- substantial without being bulky. Fit well and comfortable. The higher length in the front made it so easy to move around and walk. I wore 2" heels and the back touched the ground-- it probably would have been fine with 3" heels as well. Loved the design with the folds in front and side pockets. A winner!

This stole was the perfect amount of warmth for an outdoor fall black tie wedding. It does not look like the picture-- it is more grey tones than brown. The grey actually looked better with the navy dress I was wearing but the brown would have worked better with my alternative dress option. Overall it was fun to wear and served its purpose!

I loved this dress! The material has a little bit of stretch, which is nice, but it also holds you in, just the right amount. The straps have little snaps so you can attach your bra straps, which is an added plus. I got so many compliments, all night long! The color and design is so fun. The length looks a little long in some other reviews but for me (I'm 5'6'') I thought it was perfect. Any shorter and it wouldn't have been as classy. I was also surprised that it wasn't too tight in the boobs (I'm a 32D). Love love love! Wish I could buy it.

I rented this for a yacht party for a day after wedding farewell event in Palm Beach. The dress was great for the occasion and I got lots of compliments. I am typically a size 4 but I would've liked a size 6 because it was a bit tight on my chest and stomach and I wasn't feeling too great after a long weekend of partying. I am 5'3" and it was definitely on the shorter side. It would have looked really awkward with heels. Great for a vacation! I didn't have to wear a bra.

I typically wear a size 4 but I wore a size 6. The size 4 was too tight on my 34D bust. The zipper on this is very tricky - make sure you have someone to help you zip it up! The 6 was a tad long on me at 5'3" but I only wore 2.5 inch heels. If I was wearing a 4 or 5 inch heels it would've been fine. But I had to hold the dress as I walked and danced and my boyfriend stepped on it a lot. I got a lot of compliments on the color and it flowed in the wind nicely. You definitely need a nubra and fashion tape for the top. It gave me nice cleavage once I did that. It definitely wasn't my favorite RTR dress but it worked well for the occasion and was very classy and stood out because of the color!

I loved this dress! I wore it to my boyfriend's cousin's wedding in Colorado and received many compliments -- my boyfriend loved it on me too! The open back makes it sexy while still being appropriate. The color and pattern looked great and were so unique. It did take a minute to figure out exactly how to tie it so give yourself some time to try on the dress so you don't get stressed at the last minute. Once I tied it, it stayed put all night and I never fussed with it. I wore sticky boobs but could have gotten away without a bra -- I just thought it looked better with some shaping. The fabric is higher quality than pictured and still light and airy. I am 5'4" and I wore 3 1/2" wedges and the length was perfect. It is shorter in the front which makes it easier to walk in but doesn't have the dramatic high low effect that I'm not really a fan of. It fit true to size -- if anything I'd say choose your extra size down just because the length might be too long on some people but because of the straps the sizing is pretty much adjustable! Don't hesitate -- rent this dress!

I wore this on a date while on vacation in Colorado. RTR customer service added it to my order when the original dress I ordered wasn't available. I actually told them I wasn't a huge fan of the dress so they let me choose another one and still sent me this one! I wore the 2R because the zipper of the 4R was broken but I would have gone with the 2R anyway. The dress is simple with a pretty pattern. Like other reviewers, the buttons did pop open for me but I just wore a bandeau under it and it worked well. Lengthwise, it was shorter than normal dresses but I am 5'4" and wore 2" wedges with it and it hit right above my shoes but didn't look weird. The material is high quality and light -- I suggest this dress for a date, vacation or casual party! It isn't something I would normally wear -- perhaps better suited for someone a little older.

I loved this dress! I wore it to a rehearsal dinner in Colorado and got lots of compliments on it. The material is very comfortable, the cut out hits in the right place and the colors are gorgeous. The dress can be dressed up or down but it isn't fancy enough for a black tie event. I'm just barely 5'4" and I wore 3" wedges and the dress was skimming the ground. I'm a true 4 and 34D and the SR was the perfect fit. It does allow a bit of stretch so I think it can work for a lot of different body types. You can also wear a regular bra! Some reviewers have mentioned that the stomach area is white, which can be a little scary. I wasn't self-conscious about it but I can see why others might be. Overall, it was a great, unique dress and I highly recommend it! Side note: As always, RTR customer service hits it out of the park! I rented another dress for the wedding and one of the sizes wasn't available so RTR added this dress and another -- I got three dresses for the price of one!

This dress was amazing! I got so many compliments. The fabric is thinner than I expected, but that was not a deal breaker. There is a little bit of stretch, so it's pretty comfortable. It was on the shorter side, but still appropriate - I wore it to the rehearsal dinner for a wedding I was in. I was worried about the arms and the boobs but the sleeves fit just right and it didn't look weird without a bra. This dress was SO flattering, I felt sexy and loved wearing it. I wish I could own it! A+ for this rental.

This skirt fits pretty true to size, however I opted for the size 6 since it was looser on my waist and more comfortable with the crop top. Would've worn the 4 if I wore a different top. The skirt it much longer than I expected but works great with heels! I'd be careful wearing this to an event with a lot of people because the tulle easily can get caught when you have people crowded around you on NYE!
