I wore this for a work related cocktail fundraiser, it was the perfect blend of sophistication for a nighttime event but still conservative enough to look very appropriate/nothing too tight or flashy. I wished the bottom was more white its actually white and cream stripes but all in all not a bad rental. A bit tight in the bust but the size up was kinda baggy in the waist so I sucked it up. I'm a 32F for reference and bust fitting is always an issue!

I rented this for a festive holiday cocktail party in the city and was not disappointed! Like all Badgley dresses the zipper is always an issue but as long as you have someone to help it should be OK. I would size down if you had to make a choice as I am curious if the size 6 would have fit better in the waist but the 8, my normal size was comfortable and looked good. The highlights-- can wear a regular bra although the back cut out can go a bit low/right across the bottom of your shoulder blades so I pinned my bra in the back just in case so it wouldn't peak out, no special undergarments needed, Nicely fitted in the bust but still had some room to spare so great for well endowed ladies (I am a 32F so if you are small busted it may be a bit baggy), a little stretch in the material which is nice, very roomy so you can actually eat, drink, dance etc and be comfortable and it wasn't horribly scratchy for such a sparkly dress and there's a nice lining underneath so I felt pretty warm and comfortable all night long! I got TONS of compliments, especially on the dark forest green color I would definitely rent again, I loved it!

I rented this for the 3 for the price of 1 deal over Thanksgiving and ended up wearing it just out for drinks with friends. It's a nice thick, stretchy but definitely casual material so its great for New England Fall/Winters. The neckline was awkward at times but I did enjoy the visual interest it brought to an otherwise ho-hum dress If you're unsure on sizing definitely size down as I could have used a bit more waist definition, or maybe the size 8 was really stretched out? A great conservative, not too dressy or fancy dress but the bottom flare/volume was a lot of fun to spin around in :)

I rented this for my free birthday outfit and could not have been happier. I'm an 8/10 in street clothes, but I have a 34F chest so fit on tops/jackets is always an issue The Medium is what I wore over a dress in the picture, it fit everywhere except the bust --you can see I mostly get it zipped up but I would definitely say it is tight and if you're layering over a longer shirt and pants you want to go up a size as its very narrow in the waist and cuts in a weird way (maybe 32 inches as I had very little room in the medium once zipperd) so it would be good to size down if you want to wear it open mostly I also wore the Large one day when it was chillier when I knew I wanted it zipped up most of the day and that was more comfortable across the bust/back and looked great layered with pants since it was a bit longer too (the medium was cropped, came a few inches above my waistline whereas the large on me hit right at the waistline so it was more flattering with tops and pants). So yes what I'm saying is if I had the money I would own BOTH as they serve different functions hehe the medium makes you look tiny and really cinches in your waist but the large is more comfortable and allows you to layer and zip it fully up on cooler days I would say this jacket is best suited for 45-65 degree weather, any warmer and you'll be sweating and any cooler and you'll be a bit cold I also didn't mind that it was a shorter sleeve as it allowed me to wear a cuff one day and bracelet the next, however if it was 40s outside it would look quite silly to be wearing a scarf and a shorter sleeve

I rented this for Diner en Blanc and they were the perfect compliment to my 50s style dress/accessories However the backing on these and placement on your ears is odd They have a normal earring hole but the enclosure is a clamp so its like a pierced/clipon hybrid Either way they did not feel secure and were really dangling/dragging my earlobe down so I ended up double backing them so I knew they would stay secure while dancing etc I have short hair but I could see them getting really entangled if you left your hair down/long hair I would still rent again as they were the perfect amount of sparkle!

I rented this for a trip to SF/Vegas as I figured I could get the most wear out of jacket over vacation vs one single night of a dress Boy was this worth it, I rented the 8 and the 10 since sometimes my bust is an issue, while the 8 was a little snug across my shoulders the 10 was far too bulky so I went with the 8 I wore it everyday, if I could marry this jacket I would! I was able to button the jacket (a rarity for us busty gals!) and it gave that extra little edge that I was looking for without being too bulky or hot The back comes up a little but only a few inches above your waistline/not super cropped so it was very wearable with jeans/dresses etc I got lots of compliments!!! Highly recommend and totally would love to buy this jacket in the future, it is AMAZING!

I rented this for seeing a Cirque show in Vegas and it was so unflattering I could not bear to post a picture If you are curvy/busty and have a waist--this is NOT the dress for you, the part where it has elastic sack type waistline was far too baggy and made my stomach look huge because it stayed puffed out as large as my chest stood out and then it was skin tight across thighs/butt area and then actually flared out on the end in some odd way--I would have preferred it to just be tight all around That and it was really short, about mid/upper thigh and I'm 5'4 so if you rent, definitely think about tights etc as it rides up as you walk Overall it was just really saggy looking and did nothing for my body, I think if you are very tall/slender this could look amazing but also those body types look amazing in everything! ;)

Rented these for Diner en Blanc to give my outfit a little more sparkle I'm not a fan of very big earrings/large accessories in general so these were the perfect accent to my outfit, very comfortable and they had nice large earring backs so I felt secure knowing they would not fly off in the middle of dancing etc! Just a note they are definitely more dark gunmetal finish on the crystal mounts/bead caps, almost a tarnished silver look Thankfully my bracelet was far away but if you were wearing a necklace I would say make sure its that dark vintage finish I also would say these are pure white beads at the end and would not match the warm tone of real pearls if you were wearing them close together

I loved how delicate these gold feather earrings were and they were the perfect scale/size for me However, it really bothered me that the feathers both hang the same direction (which I should have noticed in the rental image as well!!) How hard would it have been to flip the feather around before adding to the earring wire? Upon reading others reviews I rented an 8/10 (currently I've been more of a 10 in street clothes but everyone said it ran large) So while the 8 was a little snug around the bust and underarm area, the 10 was really baggy and bunchy in the back so I opted for the 8. I wore this to a formal masquerade fundraiser that said to wear "Festive Cocktail Attire" so I knew a plain old black dress wasn't going to cut it! This totally fit the bill!! It was a beautiful rich burgundy color and I loved the additional chiffon flowers although wish I had my steamer now because they were a bit crushed. Paired it with the Ben Amun Clara Chandelier earrings and the Lisa Freede Lightspeed bracelet I purchased from the sample sale last summer. The dress did tend to ride up a bit when walking and dancing but thankfully because I'm short it only went mid-thigh so not too too scandalous. The dress is definitely low cut (ie I wouldn't wear this around family!) I had to change out to a plunge bra because normal bras show at the base of the deep V Despite being low-cut I felt very secure in it. I had no issue with the lining like others had reported but am assuming its because the string that holds the lining and outer dress together got broken at some point, both of my dresses had intact connections to the outer dress. I used a little bit of Dr. Scholl's rub relief on the underneath of my arms to prevent the usual sequin chafe (have also heard good things about body glide --its a product for runners, or even just plain old lotion just something between you and the sparkles!) An extremely forgiving style I really like all of the Badgley Mischka dresses (this is my third rental of one of their sparklers!)

I ordered this for a wedding but it arrived with a rust colored stain right on the front which of course I did not realize until AFTER the ceremony/daylight conditions Thankfully I could run back to my room and change into my backup but I was sad to not be able to wear this dress as it had a fun fit and flare shape and had a nice tulle underskirt to really flare it out The color was also very pretty satin teal brocade, perfect for a fall night wedding I normally wear an 8 but based on others' reviews I got the 12 It had a very odd fit for a 12, as in it fit like a glove throughout --even across my back was nice and tight but the front of the dress just flopped open/the strapless bodice part had no structure so the top just unrolled/inverted and showed the rubber lining that is supposed to keep the dress up I managed to safety pin the death out of this dress to my strapless and make it work but I would say you need to have a very large full cup to fill this out yet a small waist/ribcage ie I'm a 32F and it was snug around my ribcage but completely loose across the fullness of my chest Either way I did not end up wearing this for the rest of the evening because of the unsightly stain :/

Based on others' reviews I went +1 and +2 dress sizes (10,12) from my norm (8) The shoulders and bust (I'm a 32F) were very tight on the 10 but everything else was very loose, the 12 fit well on my arms/shoulders but was super baggy and the lace did not hang right so I just went with the 10 It was very comfortable outside of not being able to move my arms above my waist/tightness across my shoulders--but I managed to still dance and I was able to eat whatever I wanted since it was a little pouchy around the waist -- I wish the fit had been a little better on the bottom but hey I got to wear a regular bra so I was really happy! Hit right to the knee on me which was perfect but I could see it being a bit matronly for younger women/ its not very fun or sexy but a classic, timeless look Overall it was a very elegant choice for a formal/conservative wedding, I definitely would rent again

I saw this up for grabs during the sale and decided it was a great price not to give it a try When I saw how small it was in the bag I got a little concerned but its one of those stretchy bracelets that coils around your natural wrist and you can wear it naturally on your wrist or push it up a little like I did with my dress rental I do have to agree with other reviewers it is SUPER sparkly and has a nice weight to it, sometimes costume jewelry doesn't feel like real jewelry and because it is so lightweight in construction it doesn't hang right etc It is very delicate and feminine and not too showy, my go-to bracelet for formal occasions Best part, unlike other rhinestone/diamond accented bracelets, it did not get caught on my dresses/scarves etc because it has great flush mount design -wish I had bought the other version in gold!!
