Pretty but itchy!
Looks great, but changed shirts after an hour - ruffle at neck is itchy and uncomfortable, would not rent again

Works pretty well for petites
I wore this to teach a cotillion dance class and it was appropriate (slightly festive because of the silver threads in the fabric, modest when sexy won't do). This dress works reasonably well if you're short - the armholes aren't giant and the waist and hem don't hit at too strange of a place. I'd consider renting again for a similar event.

Pretty dress, not for petites
This is a very pretty dress that I rented to teach a cotillion dance class. It was appropriate for that - a great dancing dress that's not revealing. The dress (unfortunately for me!) is not for petites. The armholes are too big, which aside from the obvious issue also causes the waistline to hit at an unflattering place. If you're petite, I think you could wear this dress only if it were tailored - and then it would be really pretty!
