Sexy yet conservative
I wore this to a school fundraising event and wanted to be conservative while still feeling beautiful. This checked every box! I received many compliments and am glad I went with this dress!

Cute little fall dress
Rented this for a baby shower (as pictured), but I also wore it for a date night with a belt and the neckline undone. The 36 fit nicely too but I liked the flow and movement of the 38 more. I felt cute and put together in this!

Perfect winter wedding guest dress
The color, the velvet, the fit. This is such a good find for a winter wedding. Felt so sexy without being too revealing and the ruched detail on the stomach also helped cover any tummy areas for this 8-month postpartum mama. The slit is suuuuper high though, so safety pin it a little lower like I did otherwise you’ll flash everything if you step even a little bit too wide.

Very unflattering
Thought the volume of this dress would be perfect to cover my small baby bump. Well it did cover that, but the volume would have covered anyone's natural shape. It was so unflattering all around and my husband told me I looked like one of the stepsisters from Cinderella (volume off the back of the dress)

Not what I expected
I rented this for a black tie optional wedding to go with a strapless dress. This is much more suited for everyday wear with a sweater or blouse. Don't rent for a formal occassion. It's also a very deep yellow gold.

Unique, beautiful dress
This is not my typical style but I wanted something with a fuller skirt for a black tie optional wedding. The texture and print are beautiful and very high quality. The high-low cut isn't too short, which I liked for the formal event, but still enough to show off some fun shoes. Idk if I'd rent this again but it was fun for something different!

Flattering and classy
I rented this for my mom for a black tie-optional wedding. It's perfect for an older woman who wants to feel great but is self-conscious of places like her arms or midsection. This accentuated her small waist and the gold wasn't too flashy, but definitely more gold than the picture lets on. 4 stars because it runs extremely long and we had to get fashion tape to hem it about 3.5 inches (she's 5'6).

Win win- showstopper AND comfortable
Rented this for my husband's 30th birthday party which had a black tie theme. At 37 weeks pregnant, I ordered 2 sizes up from the normal. I had to get some help with the zipper, but once on it was surprisingly very comfortable and stretchy. I have short legs and the regular did run a bit shorter than I would have liked with 4 inch heels on (those didn't stay on for long though). I felt maternity fabulous.

Boxy and tent like
Don't get me wrong, I love a good shift dress. But this looked like a tent with a cape on the back. Not a good look (at least for me). Luckily RTR customer service is the best and overnighted a different dress before my event.

Add some wow to a basic shift dress
Rented this for my 10 year high school reunion. Didn't want to be too flashy, but also wanted to stand out in an effortless way. This dress was perfect for that with it's simple shape but fun ruffle and color. A little tight around the bust, but otherwise very comfortable and easy! Just the right amount of leg for my 5'4 self. Not to mention I was 16 weeks pregnant at the time (no cute bump yet, just some extra pudge) and this shape hid it well.

Disco fabulous
Rented this for a "70's disco glam" birthday party. Was torn between the XS and S... the XS top fit better, but the shorts were shoooort. Ultimately went with the S and pinned the top a bit so the shoulders wouldn't accidentally fall down. Didn't experience any scratching from the sequins. Very comfortable and very fun!

I don't think I've ever received more compliments than when I wore this! It's so fun and unique, plus the color will stand out. I felt gorgeous the entire time I wore it. The back is open which is another plus and special detail of the dress. Seriously, you owe it to yourself to rent this!!

Thought this could work as a good every day/work dress, but instead it gives off Little House on the Prairie vibes... and not in a cute way. Romantic and unique for a black tie wedding
Perfect choice for a black tie wedding in Italy. Fits like a dream and the best part is it is SO COMFORTABLE. No pinching when sitting and no need to keep anything in place when dancing. Got so many compliments, including from my husband and from the bride. You'll feel beautiful and glamorous.

Sleek and trendy
Wore this to my best friend's rehearsal dinner. The bell sleeves are so much fun and those + the slight off-the-shoulder make it stand out from a typical LBD. I saw no issue with the length of the sleeves... just be careful not to drag through food if you're eating :) Only gave it 3 stars because it rides up BAD anytime you walk. So if you're planning on being out and about in this dress, think twice.

Comfortable, festive and fun
I rented this for my best friend's fiesta-themed bridal shower that I hosted. I was concerned the off the shoulder would be limiting with movement, but the dress was so comfortable and easy to wear. Also a standout when others typically go for solid color dresses. The dress is pretty loose so not all photos are super flattering, but I felt skinny and fun in person!

Triple threat: Class, sexy and comfortable
Stood out in the typical sea of black dresses and suits at a formal ball charity event. The 2 was a tad long on my 5'4 self (plus 3 inch heels) but that didn't really matter. The back is beautiful with 2 sheer panels and was able to wear a sticky bra no problem and felt comfortable the entire night. You'll get tons of compliments and feel great!

I bought this dress on sale on somewhat of a whim and am so glad I did. I can't stop wearing it! The color block with the back is the best part and I get compliments every time I wear this. Wear a slip dress underneath though- the back is somewhat see-through and the center slit rides up when you sit down.

Fun night in Vegas and felt amazing!
This is a great party dress, especially for a girls night out or Vegas trip. We saw Britney Spears' show and then went out on The Strip. I have short legs and this dress was still about the shortest I go! Fits true to size, but it's meant to be tight. The fabric and texture is fantastic and makes you feel really secure in the dress. It's not 5 stars because I wish the side cut outs were more noticeable.

Great fit, comfortable and lots of compliments
Wore this to a friend's October evening wedding. It fit perfectly and was so comfortable-- perfect for dancing! The dress straps also perfectly covered my bra, so no need for a strapless. I'd recommend wearing your hair up to really accentuate the neckline. This isn't my usual style so I wouldn't rent this style again, but I got a ton of compliments!
