Playful dress!
Loved the scallop hem details and the color was a nice shade of blue. I probably could have gone with a 0, but I bet it would have been too short. I would rent this again for a shower or cocktail party.

Bridal shower dress... absolute stunner!
I loved, loved, loved this dress!!! It is GORGEOUS. I rented i for my bridal shower, and everyone was in awe. It is form-fitting, with the perfect amount of sparkle. I am very tall, so the length worked well; hitting me right below the knee. I paired it with gold heels and sparkly earrings. Again, I loved it and if I had another occasion where I could wear it, I'd rent it again in a second!

I rented this dress for my birthday dinner with my husband. I wore the Small because I am very tall. I preferred the XS fit, but it was too short. I paired it with rose gold metallic heels and rose gold studs. It was a wonderful and fun dress! I really loved it. I felt sexy and playful in it, and it added a perfect amount of sparkle, without being loud. The pleated details made the dress stand-out. My husband liked it a lot too :) I would rent this again if the weather permits!

I wore this to my mother's funeral... my mom was very sick and I had time to prepare. My mother was also a very beautiful and classy woman, so I wanted a dress that would make her proud. I had hoped to veer away from black, but once I tried this on - it was the one. Now, this dress can be worn for several occasions. It is form-fitting, and has beautiful lace details that add class without being too "Morticia Addams". I paired it with emerald earrings, and Kate Spade black suede heels. I received compliments, and many said, "Your mother would be so proud." It's a beautiful dress that can be worn to a wedding, cocktail party or even a funeral. I was very pleased with this choice. I felt sophisticated and comfortable. Thank you RTR for making a horrible day, a little bit easier by relieving the "what to wear" stress...

Great dress! Hugs your curves, and remains sophisticated, with a little bit of sex appeal. This works for work or an event. It's a great dress for a work party or a special occasion event (like a fancy shower or upscale cocktail party). I also felt like a flight attendant when wearing it - which is a great thing! - but not the look I was going for :) The color is nice and the neckline is chic.

I didn't get to wear this, but it is a stunner. Great navy color, with a peek-a-boo lace hem. Very long. I am almost 5'10 and it hit below my knees. You can wear a strapless bra with it. Excellent material, and very sexy chic.

I did not use this piece, as I also did not wear the dress I rented with it. However, it is very pretty. I believe it would work best in up-dos (any hair type), and for thicker hair as a side clip. It reminds me of the Great Gatsby era.

An okay dress...
I rented this for Diner en Blanc... I was super excited for it! I received the dress the day of the event. I live in the city, and do not trust leaving a RTR package on my stoop, so I had it delivered to my work. Unfortunately, our mail/package department didn’t get it to me until the day after it arrived. When I got home, I tried it on, but was not impressed. It was too late to call RTR, so I just wore a dress I own. It runs large. I listened to the reviews and ordered a 2 and 0. I didn’t think the 0 would fit, but it did. I usually wear a 2 or 4. The dress bunches in the middle when you walk and my bust looked non-existent (32C). My boyfriend, who always compliments what I wear, was not a fan. I also knew I would have to constantly adjust it throughout the night, and that is always annoying. This dress could go either way for someone. I never wore it. I would not rent it again, and I would be skeptic to rent the same dress in other colors. I am glad I had a back-up in my closet for the event.

I had no idea how large these would be... nor was I aware that they were clip-ons. Entirely my own fault. I chose these when my original earrings were unavailable. I wanted turquoise, and just picked them without reading the full description. However, they were perfect! Very pretty and glamorous. They reminded me of the old TV show Dynasty. I included a photo with an earring next to a regular sized chap stick - to give viewers an idea of the actual size. They were heavy, and after a few hours, the clips did start to hurt a lot. I assume that just happens with clip-ons... anyway, these worked great with my dress, and if I needed turquoise earrings in a pinch, I'd rent them again!

Stylish dress!
I really enjoyed this dress. Great color, good fabric, and very stylish. I paired it with turquoise earrings. I received many compliments! I think it is more of a "blood orange" color... I didn't consider it entirely RED, but close enough. The dress is VERY fitted. It has stretch, but it will cling to your body and show every curve. The material is NOT similar to an Hervé Léger bandage dress (which almost acts like spanx) - so, unless you have a flat or caved in tummy, you will need to suck it in all night or wear your own spanx. I wore an XS, however, I was still avoiding desserts by the end of the night.

Classy, showstopper!
STUNNING. This dress was sent overnight to me as a replacement. It was a lifesaver. In photos it appears black, but in person it is a dark gunmetal gray with shimmer to it. I paired it with metallic, rose gold shoes, and rose gold/silver rhinestones jewelry. It looked great! I wish the 2L had been available, because I am very tall, but it still worked. If you are 5'8" or taller (and plan to wear high heels), I would try to order the Long length. Also, the bust area runs a bit large, so I doubled-up on strapless bras, haha. Never tried that trick, but it worked well! It was a stunning dress, and I had so much fun dancing it in! This is the third Monique Lhuillier dress I have worn from RTR. Perfect every time!

Perfect skirt for all occasions!
I love this skirt. You can dress it up or down. I wore it out for my birthday dinner date with my boyfriend, and then, to my birthday dinner with family (free with my Pro subscription bday promo code). One night, I wore it with a tank, sparkly necklace and gold flats. The second night (it was chillier out), I wore it with a white sweater, pearls and gold strappy heels. It is kind of a snug fit - not a lot of stretch. I wore the small. It is beautiful. It looks like you are wearing a river of sparkling gold. Loved. I would definitely rent it again, or buy it!

Great dress!
This is a great dress! It is very low cut, so I ended up not wearing it to the wedding, but my friend wore it instead and it looked great on her! We actually both have the same cup size, but I think it really depends on how the ladies look - it might show too much or just enough depending on the person. Anyway, my friend felt great in it all night! Great navy color, fitted, and very comfortable. I am 5'10, and when I tried it on it hit about 3 inches above my knee. Very tasteful length.

Perfect for any occasion!
This dress is one of my favorite rentals. It is a bronze color, and fitted. The back is low, but you can wear a regular bra. I used my "backless" extra bra strap (it makes a regular bra low in the back, and undetectable). A sticky bra would work too. The sequins did not bother me. I felt like a million bucks! Great dress for a wedding, cocktail party, holiday event, or night out. It is definitely flashy, with the sparkle, but subtle and classy. I did not want to return it!

Gorgeous dress! I have rented dresses from RTR over a dozen times, and this one took the cake. I received compliment, after compliment. Beautiful fabric, pattern and design. The pockets were awesome! I wore a sticky bra, and was fine all night! I will definitely rent this again!

Compliments all night! I rented this dress in desperation, as I could not find anything for an evening, cocktail attire wedding. The only size available was the 2, so I couldn't get a back-up. Per the reviews, I was initially scared the 2 would be too small. However, it fit perfectly! I am 5'10" and about 130 lbs. I usually wear a 2, and prefer my clothes to be fitted. This dress was very fitted; if you aren't comfortable in fitted attire, do not rent it. The color is gorgeous, the style is flattering, and the material is exquisite. I danced all night, and it never moved. I love it so much, I want to buy it!

Gorgeous gown!
This gown is gorgeous! I wore it to an evening wedding, and received tons of compliments! The fit was perfect, and the design was very elegant. It photographs well. When you first put it on, the design doesn't seem prominent, but in photos it is a glamorous show-stopper. The length was perfect - I am 5'10". The mid-band might be tight depending on your shape/build (no stretch to it), but it didn't bother me. However, the sequins chafed my underarms a bit at first, but I used a Blisstick Anti-Friction Stick; it's for feet (when you wear uncomfortable shoes), but it worked under my arms too! Loved this dress! It comes in white too :)

This dress is pretty! The sequins color and sparkle are beautiful. It is very stretchy, and runs a bit big. I usually wear a 2 or 4, but the 0 would have fit me best. The back of the dress is gorgeous! You can wear a regular bra, if you use the backless strap trick :) This is a great New Years or holiday party dress!

I loved, loved, loved this dress! I am 5'10", 130 lbs, 32C. The XS was snug, but fit perfectly. It hit at my knee and I have long legs. It is VERY fitted - as the other reviews state - but it will hold you in and show off whatever kind of curves you have. I wore a regular bra, with a convertible back strap. You can go to almost any store that sells bras, and get a convertible strap to make your bra appear "backless". (Note: The problem with the convertible strap, is it must wrap around the front of your body to make the bra dip down in back... some women prefer not to use the strap if it cuts into their abdomen area.) The color is very vibrant! I was scared it would be too "Barbie pink", but it is actually a beautiful color and would pair well with any type/color of accessories/shoes. I received many, many compliments, and my date could not keep his hands off of me. I suggest to order a size up for your 2nd size. Also, there is a zipper at the top and bottom of the dress - this will help when you need to use the ladies room :) Good luck!

I was sent this as a back-up, but did not wear it. I am usually a 2 or 4. I am tall, but have a bit of an hourglass figure. I received the 4 and it was too big, especially in the waist-thigh area. However, I think the 2 (I did not have this size) would have fit, but may have ended up being a bit snug in the torso/bust (34B/32C) area. It is a very pretty dress and seems to photograph well. I wish I could keep it!
This is a beautiful, fun dress! The colors pop and the fabric was soft with some stretch. Form fitting, and stayed that way. I wore it to my going-away party! I am very tall (5’10”) and slender. I could have worn a 2, but it probably would have been way too short. I thought the length of the 4 worked well for the occasion, but if I had been dancing it definitely would have ridden up. Due to reviews I ordered the 6 as a back-up; too big. I also have broad shoulders, so the cap sleeves stayed in place. I suggest using fashion tape if you ever have problems with backless tops staying in place. I wore an adhesive, backless bra - $25 at Target. It worked great! I am so glad I rented this dress. It was perfect!
