Should have sized down.
I knew this was meant to be a fairly relaxed fit, but I was still swimming in fabric. I'd give it another try in a size (or two?!) down, because the feel and quality of the material was otherwise excellent.

Fits as expected, nice heavy knit fabric. Perfectly in the not-too-sexy but not-too-boring sweet spot for work.

Unmemorable
A totally forgettable work dress. The fabric was pretty and looked expensive, but it ran large and - even though I'm very tall! - required a heel, otherwise it would have made me look stumpy. I guess I liked it, but it's nothing special.

Beautifully unforgiving
I got this in a 4 even though I'm normally a 6, because often that'll work for me with a dress that's narrowest around the rib cage, like this one. Not this time! I could barely get the buttons closed, and my squished boobs looked a mess. Obviously, this is not the dress's fault. I'm going to try it again in a size 6 if it ever becomes available, because this thing looks beautifully, casually expensive.

Great for the heat
This was a perfect dress for being a tourist in Cambodia, where you have to dress modestly at religious sites (covered knees and shoulders) and it's insanely hot outside. The loose cotton is wonderfully breathable. That being said, the cut was a little dowdier than I'd expected. Maybe it ran a little big, or maybe the waist was a little too high- I'm not sure exactly what was wrong but something made this dress a little less than perfect. Gorgeous print though.

Showstopper
I've never been stopped on the street like I was wearing this dress. It's gorgeous and fit great. I'm normally a size 6 and got the 4 because the 6 was out of stock. So it was a little tight around my ribcage, but that makes sense! And it loosened up a little as I wore it.

Great if you don't move
The cut and fit of this dress was great, unless I move my arms up at all. Then the center cutout moves up, exposes the bottom of my bra, and stays there. Ugh. It's really flattering and feels like it fits correctly otherwise, so I imagine anyone would have this issue.
