Love the color and the open back! There is stretch in the straps and back which give some flexibility in sizing. I wish I had sized up since I have a larger chest and felt it was too tight.

I’m a true medium and it fit well with a lot of space to grow since the waistband is a true tie. You can make the waist as big or small as you need. The pleated bottom makes the dress feel a little trendier, but overall still a conservative look. Lightweight fabric and has pockets. I wore it to work over the summer and it was perfect!
