Great fit, lilac color is stunning and very flattering, but runs big (because of the tie and flowy skirt)

Very comfortable but gave little house on the prairie vibes so I threw a blazer on top at work and it worked fine. A bit heavy with all of the material so not great in a hot or warm climate. 

Eh - kinda weird fit but I was 23wks preg - stuff material but cute 

This was my success fist pump as my lost luggage showed up with RTR on top as packed! This dress was lovely! Wrinkled easily but was casual and even with my hips very flattering!

Runs a little big but comfortable, stylish and professional. 

It felt like there was too much fabric but maybe that's because I ordered a size larger than I should have. I rolled up the sleeves and cinched the waist as small as possible to help but i felt like I was just swimming in this. Not overly flattering. 

I didn’t love the color on my paler complexion, and it wrinkled easily, especially on the ruffled portion of the dress. Pretty, fun take on a shirt dress, a lot of fabric. 

Loved this work dress. Work as fall transitional piece and was great! So comfy and easy to wear. I just rolled up sleeves instead of buttons full length

Liked the cut and fit of this dress. Great for work. Nice pleated skirt and lavender color.

So fun! Wore this for a tea party on Mother’s Day and it was so fun and perfect for spring. I found the cut of this dress to be so flattering!

Got so many compliments on this at the office. 

Was looking for something for work in the summer. The pleating is unique, and brings together the men's dress shirt style with a classic American silhouette. But the proportions were just not working for me - maybe I ordered too large for this particular style. 

I really loved wearing this! The purple keeps it a little playful and the waist can be worn loose for an oversized look, or cinched. Perfect length! 

This dress is so chic but beware the wrinkles. Do not order this if you don’t have an iron! The pears were a hot mess.

The dress is a light lavender and cream. I love the fullness of the skirt and the forgiving waist. That said, it was a bit large. Thank goodness for the drawstring to let you bring in the waist. The bottom of the skirt is pleated and although a unique detail, it was quite heavy to maneuver around when sitting etc. Still,  super cute rental for work and would be fun for travel because you can wear sneakers.
