I didn’t love the color on my paler complexion, and it wrinkled easily, especially on the ruffled portion of the dress. Pretty, fun take on a shirt dress, a lot of fabric.

The dress is a light lavender and cream. I love the fullness of the skirt and the forgiving waist. That said, it was a bit large. Thank goodness for the drawstring to let you bring in the waist. The bottom of the skirt is pleated and although a unique detail, it was quite heavy to maneuver around when sitting etc. Still, super cute rental for work and would be fun for travel because you can wear sneakers.

I really loved wearing this! The purple keeps it a little playful and the waist can be worn loose for an oversized look, or cinched. Perfect length!

This dress is so chic but beware the wrinkles. Do not order this if you don’t have an iron! The pears were a hot mess.

Was looking for something for work in the summer. The pleating is unique, and brings together the men's dress shirt style with a classic American silhouette. But the proportions were just not working for me - maybe I ordered too large for this particular style.

It felt like there was too much fabric but maybe that's because I ordered a size larger than I should have. I rolled up the sleeves and cinched the waist as small as possible to help but i felt like I was just swimming in this. Not overly flattering.

Very comfortable but gave little house on the prairie vibes so I threw a blazer on top at work and it worked fine. A bit heavy with all of the material so not great in a hot or warm climate.

I sized up because I'm pregnant but it was a little too big so more baggy than its supposed to. Will definitely go down a size if rent again. very pretty!

It is heavy so maybe better for cool summer or spring. It looks shapeless on hanger but when on and waist tied, it is gorgeous and flattering. The pleats are lovely.

So glad I rented this. Wore to work, and was complimented a bunch! Fits slightly large most places but true in bust so if you're busty I'd keep regular size. Very classic and "conservative" but girlish and whimsical flair.

I love a shirtdress dress for the office. This one is a fresh take on a classic. I wasn't sure I'd love the lower pleats, but they are delightful. As always, perfectly crafted to be flattering, comfortable and classy. I chose to ever so slightly cinch the waist for a little hint of a shape, but there is quite a bit of flexibility in how loose or tight you can make it. Everything was TTS, I'm a true 6/Medium in everything.

Lots of fabric, lots of movement. Light but heavy. Made me feel like a million bucks

This dress was fun for casual weekend fun. It's not figure flattering AT ALL. But comfortable for a day out. Worked well for the office too, especially with the sleeves for chilly air conditioned office.

I found this flattering on my newly postpartum body. I think it prob runs a bit large bc at my current higher weight I probably still could have sized down to a 2. Length is good for petite and this is nursing friendly.

So comfortable and waist is adjustable. I wore it in second trimester of pregnancy and had room for baby bump. Material isn’t too heavy and skirt didn’t have too much fabric. Perfect dress to throw on and walk out the door!

This is the perfect dress that went from garden party, to baby shower to just around town. comfortable and can be dressed up or down with the right accessories and shoes. I liked it so much, I bought it.

Fabric is heavy enough that the dress hangs nicely but light enough for summer wear. The pleats are a great detail—gave the dress a more playful, feminine look. Loved it!

Didn't take a single picture and it probably isn't the most flattering style but it covered my chest and hips without any gaping. Loved the pleats and purple pin stripes. You're usually safe to size down in Ralph Lauren, even with a large chest.

I wore this to work and and just every day outfits out of work - sooo cute and comfortable. Super easy to throw on. Before doing the tie around the waist, it looks like it's going to be very large but looks good once tied. Because of this I definitely could have sized down, but if I went up one size it would have been way too big.
