Solid choice for work
I tend to wear a 4 "in real life" and more of a 6 in RTR clothes. This fit a little large, the 4 was very comfortable. I'm tall, the sleeves and waist sat higher than I would've liked, but that would be just fine on a more average height person.

For some reason I thought this was a sweater. It's not. It's a polyester crepe. Loose fitting. The sleeves have a lot of volume.

High neck and long length are good to balance out how tight it is. Definitely shows all bulges. Work it with a long duster for work because it is too sexy for my office. Let the dress stand alone for dinner!

Good for work.
I got a size smaller based on reviews. 2 fit well, I'm usually a 4 - 34/28"waist. Note, there's a horizontal seam across the bust. I don't like those and didn't notice in advance. I paired it with a blazer, which showed the skirt and helped hide that seam. I liked the look.

Received some compliments. The material is thick. I originally intended to wear tucked in with a skirt and opted for out with black jeans instead. It's trim, it fit snugly, but not too tight - I'm 34 bust, 28 waist. If you're borderline medium over small, I'd suggest a medium.
