Order up 2 sizes, no slit in the back hard to take steps in. Sholders and chest area didn't fit as well the rest of the dress.

This blouse had amply room for my chest, but very low neck. I had to use accessory tape to make it office appropriate. Sleeves were too long, overall I'd order a size down next time.
