Complicated to put on, not flattering for small chested women.
This was the dress RTR sent when my original dress was not available. It's really beautiful to look at, but after trying it on, it was not the dress I ultimately wore for several reasons. Just putting on the dress was really complicated, there was an extra hook-and-eye belt around the waist inside the dress, it was not really clear what it was for because it did not seem like it was attached to any kind of built-in undergarment. Once it was on, I couldn't fill the chest part out at all, this is rarely a problem with other dresses. Lastly, there was boning in the bodice that was starting to poke through the fabric, scratching my chest. It wouldn't have been a comfortable dress to wear even if it fit in other ways.

Elegant and slenderizing
This dress got so many compliments at a black tie wedding I attended. It made me feel like a starlet but not overdressed. The torso area was a bit on the baggy side, but overall it was very flattering.

Understated and sparkles galore
I chose these earrings to wear with the Charleston Gown by Laundry by Shelli Segal. The shapes in the earrings went perfectly with the geometric motif in the dress. It was sparkly and complemented the dress very well. It's well made and substantial, but it did not droop at all.

Like a princess who isn't stuffy.
This dress was selected for me by RTR because the dress I originally ordered was returned damaged by the previous wearer. This dress fits beautifully and is quite a stunner. Even though it's strapless and lightly boned, I did not have to adjust it at all through out the evening and it was comfortable for sitting. Like other reviewers said, there's built in support in the form of a separate set of hook-closures in the back before zipping up. The skirt does pouf like in the photo, there's crinoline on the hips, but it works with the rest of the dress and not disproportionate. But the dress is not so formal that you feel weirdly overdressed. The pockets, two big ones on either side, are really great for stashing mints or lipstick.

It was my birthday party, which had a Sweet 16 theme.
I consulted a RTR stylist and rented this dress in two sizes, 8 and 10. The 10 fits fine, but being flat chested, the top was very baggy. The 8 fits much better though the top was still a bit baggy and the shoulder parts had a tendency to slip off. The dress is also very low cut; despite using abundant fashion tape, it would still gape open. The dress is very comfortable and glamorous, but the low cut dress slippage meant a lot of checking and adjusting throughout the night.

Glamorous and sexy, even in cold weather
This dress is very easy to wear, sexy and glamorous without being too revealing. The top is cut so that a normal bra can be worn and not so cleavage-y, and long enough that one wouldn't risk flashing people getting in/out of a car. The dress was so fun and comfortable to wear, many jaws dropped and I got so many compliments. The waist is shirred so it does emphasize my belly area enough to necessitate Spanx. I wore this dress to my work's holiday party, and the event venue was on the chilly side, so I especially appreciated having a dress with sleeves that was still sexy.
