Once you see it, you can't unsee it
I really wanted to love this dress. It's a great design in theory, but the execution is poor. Like other reviewers noted, this runs very small. I am a true size 4 and sized up to a medium. The other issue I had is that the pattern is off center in both the top half and the skirt (see photo). Once I noticed this, it kept bothering me. I checked the photo of the model to see if this was intentional, but the dress on RTR's model shows a symmetrical pattern and a perfectly matched top and bottom half, making my uneven pattern even more irritating. This seems like a quality control issue that the designer could easily have corrected. Disappointing.

Cute and comfy!
Loved this! Kept me warm on a chilly night, but still cute! This coat is so soft, everyone around me kept touching it. Sleeves were a little shorter than I would have liked, but you can see on the model that they are bracelet length sleeves, so this was not unexpected.

Gorgeous color, horrendous fit
The wine color of this dress was so beautiful that I really wanted to be able to wear it. The fit, however, was terrible. The neckline was not only too low, but gaped open widely as well. Normally I would pin a wrap dress to make sure the girls stay covered, but I did not think the material of this dress would work with pins. Shame, as I was very much looking forward to wearing it.

Could have been better
I wish I had taken the reviews that said "runs small" more seriously, because those ladies were absolutely correct! I tossed this into my gym bag to change into for work and only wore it because I didn't have a choice. After being stuck in it all day, I couldn't wait to take it off. I had to pin it at the chest to make it somewhat office appropriate. My 32B boobs should not cause a button down to gape, but they did in this shirt. The sleeves were tight and while I normally like to show off my biceps, I don't like to do it at the office. I liked the collarless design and the stretchy material and probably would have been happier if I had gone a size up. I also thought that the shirt did not look as crisp as the photos online, perhaps due to too much wear.

Almost perfect
I really wanted to love this dress, but I felt a little frumpy in it. The combination of the pattern and the length made me feel like I was dressing 10 years older than I am. At 5'8" I expected this to hit just below knee level, but it actually fell in line with the widest part of my calves, which was not terribly flattering. I still gave this 4 stars because the top fit beautifully and overall the dress was very comfortable.

Cute and cozy!
Fit was TTS. Sleeves were long enough, which is a challenge for me as a fairly tall girl with long limbs. I liked that it was warm, but still thin enough to put on under a winter coat. I wore this with jeans and a silky black top and felt perfectly put together for dinner out with friends. For a moment I thought it might be reversible as the floral lining was so cute, but there is a giant label that would have made it obvious that the jacket was flipped inside out.

Gorgeous green
I loved this dress! I initially rented it in a Small, but didn't love the fit so I rented an XS the second time and it was perfect! The color is stunning and the crepe fabric draped nicely. The tulip hem is very flattering and the slightly puffed sleeves are very on trend. The only thing I didn't love is how the waistband seemed to sag in the front. I thought this was because the first rental was too big, but it looked the same in the smaller size.

Beautiful burgundy but awkward fit
The color of this dress was fabulous - a deeply saturated burgundy. I loved the way the fabric draped across the chest, but beware - this runs VERY small. I am normally a 4 and the medium in this dress was very fitted. I probably should have saved it for date night because it was bordering on too tight for the office. Because it was so fitted and because the fabric is fairly slippery, it rode way up whenever I walked anywhere. Since I'm tall with a long stride, just walking down the block had this dress up around my crotch. Thankfully I was wearing tights and a long coat.

Flirty winter floral
I wanted to love this dress so badly, but the fit wasn't quite right. It was the perfect length for going from the office out to dinner and the bottom half fit nicely, but the top was too tight! I barely have boobs, so I was a little surprised and disappointed. If I had sized up, the bottom half would have been too big. I ended up wearing it anyway and keeping my scarf on all night to cover up the awkward pulling across the chest. Aside from the fit issue, I loved the pattern and how versatile the dress could be.
