Fun lace pant
The lace looked high quality and felt durable. As others mentioned though, that did mean it was somewhat heavy. So if it's loose for you at all in the waist it will slide down some. For me it fit a little large in the waist and fine on the hips, though I have narrower hips. I have very long legs and the length was perfect on me. I styled it with a half tucked blue and white striped cotton Sezane Chlo button down shirt, which seemed to work well. Didn't get a good pic unfortunately

The neck is very tight
I even tried a size up to remove the possibility that tightness in the shoulders was causing the neck to feel tight. I couldn’t get past the sensation but really wish I could’ve worn it because it was a neat pattern and fit well otherwise.

Nice spring dress
It fit me well and was nice for spring. The material doesn't have much give but the cut isn't skin tight. I think the material would be a bit hot for the middle of summer. I liked the length and got a lot of compliments. The longest part was an inch or two off the floor for me and I'm 5'8". If definitely rent it again!

Different but fun
I wouldn't normally wear something with a looser fit like this but I really liked the pattern and details. I tried to cinch the waist all the way at first, but it looked a little off since it's got a lot of fabric. Once I left the ribbon looser as it is in the picture and evened out the material bunching it was fine. Wore it with black patterned tights and black leather ankle boots to work. It's a lighter material and was really comfortable. The arms felt a little weird in my winter coat but were fine throughout the day. I'd rent it again.

It's a nice and light material for the summer. I liked the little beetles in the pattern. I got a jean colored belt instead of the white one, but it still looked good with the dress. The ladder detailing on the sleeves is also really neat. Overall a great dress for work or the weekend! Good length for taller women. I also liked that the belt was detached so that you could put it at the most flattering point.

Cute dress
Nice light dress that can be worn to work or on the weekend. The print is really pretty in person. I wore it to work and to Easter dinner. I wore a cami under it as it was too low cut for me otherwise. The only downside is if the wind grabs it you have to be careful as it is a true wrap dress and the bottom skirt isn't connected with a seam. The tie keeps it together at your waist.

It looked great for work with a black fitted blazer over it. The armholes were a little large for me so I'm not sure if that would've been a problem had I worn it without the blazer. The fabric drapes nicely and is otherwise flattering. I normally wear a 2 or 4 depending on how tight the waist is and the 4 worked well as have other styles in this brand. I liked the asymmetric button details. The fabric was fairly light too, so it'll be good for summer as well as spring.

Super cute and comfortable
I loved the fabric and the style. It was very flattering and the silk wasn't overly thick. I typically wear a 2 or 4 depending on how tight the waist runs and the 4 had enough room for me. The arms could have been a little longer and were loose. The shoulders fit well and I have somewhat muscular arms. It hit me a couple inches above the knees and was appropriate for work. I didn't have problems with the fabric bunching at the bust. I would rent it again for work or a weekend brunch.

Cute work or casual dress
The material is a light knit and is comfortable. I have muscular shoulders and the sleeves didn't feel tight. They are also a nice length as they're a little longer. The dress hit me a couple inches above the knees so it was fine for work and would also be a nice weekend dress. I liked the ribbon detail.

The fish pattern was really neat looking. I'm usually a 2 or a 4 if the waist and shoulders run small. The waist and shoulders on the 4 was fine for me. The fabric doesn't have much give. The buttons were pulling a little on the bust though and I don't have a particularly large one. I just left some undone. The top part of the dress is a bit sheer so I put a cami underneath. The length was perfect for work and it's overall a very flattering cut and light material. I'd love to own this dress!

Gorgeous but very long events dress
Adeam dresses tend to run a bit large and this fits that but the belt helps cinch the waist. I'm a 2 or 4 in most brands depending on how tight the waist and shoulders run and the 2 was roomy on me. I think the confusion other reviewers might have had over the belt was that it comes with the belt threaded the wrong way through the loops so you have to take it out and start over. It should go towards the front of the dress through the loops first, then wrap it around your waist in that x pattern once or twice depending on your preference and then through the D ring to the side. I hope that helps! Otherwise it is a very formal looking dress so not work appropriate. Great for a wedding or other events though. It's also extremely long. I am 5'8" and was wearing 3-4 inch heels and it still left and inch or two on the ground for me. If you're shorter it might not be a good option unless you can figure out how to pin it, though keep in mind it's heavy material. The material was great for an outdoor fall wedding but might be a bit heavy for the middle of summer. Part of the black panels have a neat texture to them. I felt like a star in the dress as it was so unique looking and would rent it again!

Great work dress
Very classy and comfortable work dress. The cutout details are pretty and the length is great for tall girls. It's a nice navy blue and the material isn't super thick. I wore a strapless bra with it so that the straps wouldn't show through the cutouts.

Typically I go with a 4 in Raoul as the 2s are a little tight on my waist and shoulders but this had some room in it. Given the style that was fine though. It's a nice length and the tie details on the somewhat transparent sleeves were cute. The dress is good for events that are casual to slightly dressy as it is not overly formal. I wore it on vacation. I'd rent it again!

Versatile and comfortable
The fit is that of a typical Equipment top, so a little on the large size. I wear between a 2 and a 4 and have broad and somewhat muscular shoulders and an xs fit me well. The color was a very pretty burgundy and looked almost suede like. Very soft and comfy and can be worn for a pretty wide variety of occasions from work to casual.

Beautiful lace detailing
This probably would've been more appropriate for an event than for work but it was fun to mix it up anyway. It was definitely long enough for work. The lace is really pretty and is over a gauzy layer which looked nice. It is lined so it's not itchy. As there is a sheer block on the shoulders you can wear it with a strapless bra. The lace doesn't have much give so if you want more room in the shoulders consider sizing up. I'm normally a 2 or 4 depending on waist and shoulder tightness and the 2 was fine for the most part. It felt a bit tight in the shoulders when I raised my arms. The waist was fine.

Unique and beautiful
I absolutely loved his dress and would highly recommend it for formal events. I got a ton of compliments on it and how unique it was. The embroidery detail was stunning and is a mix of teal and green. I didn't see very many loose threads on mine and the ones I did notice weren't really visible. The long was really long and I probably would've been fine with a regular. I am already tall and was wearing 3-4 in heels and it still grazed the floor. I usually wear a 2 or 4 depending on waist and shoulder tightness and went with the 4 just in case the fabric didn't have much give. That worked out and I had plenty of room which was kind of nice. The 2 might have been tight in the shoulders (broad shoulders). The top black panel was thick enough for a strapless bra to work.

Pretty multi use dress
As others have said, the bottom color block is black and not as pictured. I liked the colors. The dress was really comfortable and the quality was great. The material was lined and fairly thick. I normally wear a 2 or 4 depending on how tight the waist and shoulders are. The 2 was fine but a 4 would've also worked for a little more room. The waist to the hips is fairly fitted so maybe consider sizing up if you like a little more room there. The dress was classy and long enough to be work appropriate. It'd work for weekend brunch as well. I'd rent it again.

Ultra romantic dress
Absolutely loved this dress and would rent it again for work or another occasion. I am a huge fan of BCBGMAXAZRIA. I normally wear size 2-4 dresses depending on how tight the waist is and the 2 fit well without being tight on the waist. If you have a small waist you may want to size down. The details on this dress were really pretty from the lace shoulders to the cutouts and draping in the back. I wore a strapless bra with it and the back cutout wasn't low enough that it showed. The length was perfect for work as the dress hit right at my knees. The fabric was comfortable and light enough for summer. It wasn't so thin that my undergarments showed. Perfect dress for work, weekend brunch or summer events.

Flattering body con dress
I wore this to work although it was a little more body con than I'd typically be comfortable with for that occasion. It's very fitted in the bum and thighs so it looked somewhat body con on me as I'm fairly muscular. I typically wear a 2-4 depending on how tight the waist and shoulders are. The 2 fit fine in both. I wore a cami underneath it but it didn't peak out a ton as the cut isn't super low. The sleeves were a bit tighter on me than they appeared in other people's photos but it wasn't uncomfortable unless I was bending my arms a lot. I liked the darker colors and it was long enough on me as it hit around the knees. I probably wouldn't rent it again for work due to the tightness in the bottom half. I think if I sized up the top would be a bit too loose and due to the cut it wouldn't make a huge different on the bottom tightness. It would be good for a cocktail hour or event.

Very elegant
This dress is much more elegant in person than in the pictures. They don't do it justice. As others have noted, there is not much give in the fabric, so if a tight waist is a usual concern for you, you might want to size up. I wear a 2-4 depending on the waist/shoulder tightness and the 4 worked for me in both. The sleeves had a pretty cut detail that is hard to see in the photos. It's not incredibly low cut so you probably won't need a cami underneath. I put one on just in case as I wore it to work but it was barely visible. The length is great for tall women. The fabric is fairly light and feels nice, so it's good for spring and summer. I'd definitely rent it again.

Super cute spring/summer top
I love Equipment tops and this one was no exception. The XS fit me well and I have somewhat broad shoulders. Bunching in the chest area wasn't a problem for me, but I don't have a large bust. The background is more of an ivory than a white and the print was super cute. It's a comfortable and pretty top for work or wearing casually with jeans. I wore a camisole underneath as I normally do with button downs. I think it would've be been a little see through otherwise as well.

This is a cute summery dress that's fairly versatile. I'd say the fabric leans more on the casual side so be aware of that if you have a particularly formal office. Otherwise it's great for everyday, wear to work or summer day events. The material is light enough to be comfy but didn't show undies. I didn't have any issues with the chest area buttons pulling but I wore a cami underneath just in case. I'm normally a 2-4 depending on how tight the waist is and the 2 fit well without being tight in the waist or shoulders. I also liked the cut and length of the bottom. I'd rent it again.

Cute day dress
I thought this was a cute dress. I rented it for work but it wound up being a bit shorter than expected. If you're tall and have a conservative office environment it might be pushing it a bit. I'm normally a 2-4 depending on how tight the waist is and the 2 worked for me. It also wasn't too tight in the shoulders which was great. I loved the crochet details and my dress came with that sash. It would've been fine with a gold or silver belt as well. The material had a little bit of give and didn't bunch too much at the bust but was fitted so if you have a larger bust it might for you. Overall a comfortable and cute day dress that I'd rent again for the weekend.
