Cute everyday work dress, but it was a bit tight across the bust for me (34D). Would rent again in a large for this reason.

Fit like a glove up top, flattering silhouette, particularly with the ruching across waist/chest. Ruching also helped mask any wrinkles that developed over the day. I received many compliments throughout the day and felt stylish, chic, and professional. Beautiful silk and unique pattern

This dress, unlike other Equipment shirtdresses, did not fit well. The cut of the dress is quite odd, with one large seam placed falling beneath my rear, and making it look rather large and oddly proportioned

Wore this on multipe occasions - date night, to the movies, comedy show, etc.
This jacket is everything! The vegan leather feels and looks like real leather. The embroidery colors and pattern are gorgeous. As soon as I put this on, I felt like a million bucks. The medium was slightly oversized for me; would try the small next time around (normally I wear 6-8).

Loved the pocket detail (which I hadn't noticed when I order it) and the easy going fit and beautiful pattern. The frill collar was just the right amount of fabric-nice additional detailing without being over the top.

Size 8 was too large for me; next time I would ge the 6. On the back of the dress there was a little stain that I couldn't get out, but fortunately the belt covered it up. Beautiful material and I loved the lining for a little contrasting detail.
