Nonstop compliments!
I am obsessed with this dress! I was complimented all night. I wore the 18 but I could have worn the 16. Lots of room for hips and bust!

Gorgeous but heavy for a summer event
This was a backup that RTR sent. It is absolutely gorgeous! However the skirt is too overpowering for a short girl. I am 5'3 and short waisted and so the dress just didn't fit right. The dress is more beautiful in person!

Very heavy and hot - baggy under the armpits - not good for short girls
I was actually happy that RTR didn't have my backup to this dress and let me choose two others. This dress is beautifully made but it is way too heavy for a summer event. The fit was a little baggy under the armpits and my bra was showing. The double flounce skirt is adorable but doesn't work for short girls. I am 5'3 and it was overpowering. Disappointing because it's a gorgeous dress.
