This dress was comfortable and hit all the right places. It took my husband's breath away!! I suggest you order up if your midsection is a concern. I got compliments all night! 

The dress was not available in my size so I sized up! Glad I did because it may have been too short otherwise! It has a nice feel and comfort factor! I received many compliments! It was a beautiful blue red that was complimentary to my skin tone. 

I'm 5'8, 225 lbs, C/D cup, heavy in the middle section so I like to cover that up.

I enjoyed the fit, I did wear shapewear underneath, easy to put on, easy to slip off. I didnt even have to unzip it. The top pickers out a bit, so it may look a little awkward if you plan on wearing your hair up.

The cape on this dress was so great and comfortable.  It moved so well and it made for great photos. 

Chose this dress for a summer wedding and I couldn't have been happier. It's elegant without being over the top and the cape just makes you feel like you can fly or better yet, rule a country. Perfect fit and really great material that's easy to move in. The color is vibrant and I would rent this dress for every wedding if I could. 

Great looking dress, got loads of compliments all night. I went with the smaller of the two sizes and it was still a little large on me. Fabric has some stretch to it, so I wish I would have gotten a 14.
The only downside is that the upper back/neck area seemed a little stretched out from other wearers zipping the dress up and down.

I was a little nervous about the fit since only one of my sizes was available but the fit was great. Nice material. Very flattering. Got tons of compliments. 

The dress had some stretch to it and was true to size. I love the cape! It covered the part of my arms I don't like to show.
I paired it with some tights and boots, for this Winter formal function.

I’m 5’9 this fit me perfectly I was comfortable and warm in it I felt like the fit was flattering. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to wear my coat over it but that was fine too. This was my first rent the runway and it won’t be my last I love this dress 

This dress is very comfortable.... thicker fabric as well.  I didn’t realize it was a 14W so it was roomy on me but I didn’t want anything too right either.  This dress was a HIT and got so many compliments!!!

Wore this to a friend’s engagement party and absolutely loved it. Very comfortable and fit great. Can cling a little on the stomach for women who are conscious of that area.

I wore this dress for a reception. I tried the 18 which fit, but the 20 just gave me a little extra room. It was so comfortable and I felt so high fashion in it and I got tons of compliments! It was the perfect length too, classy but definitely fun too. 

Everyone loved my dress and the cape really set it apart from everyone else's dresses. Perfect for a semi-formal dinner. The material is thick and the cape made it a bit warm so not the best to wear in summer or hot weather. 

I absolutely loved the look and feel of this dress. Heavy material but not "hot". One of the wedding photographers told me my outfit was the best outfit at the wedding (which took place at a gorgeous historic venue in downtown Los Angeles) and she went on to say this was actually her "favorite wedding outfit she had ever seen." I am regularly a size 14 and the 14 W fit more loosely then I had hoped (more like a 16), but I used double-sided stick fashion tape to create more of a waste for myself (and I taped it from the inside.) If you're worried about this dress fitting to loosely because its a wide - dont! Go with fashion tape and/or safety pins as the Cape (!!!) covers any finagling you might have to do! You definitely could NOT tell I had taped the dress because the beautiful cape style panels hanging down the back (the same cape that totally made me feel like a superhero!) were perfect for covering it up. I will rent this dress for every wedding I attend from here on out! I absolutely loved it!

Dress was great. I however added a belt to make it fit me better. I am a size 16 jeans and a medium to large top 38DDD. This dress was quite lose on me. Belt helped make it look great.

Absolutely beautiful!! Never have gotten told that red is my color in my life until I wore the dress. The normally I wear a 18 but it was clingy to my stomach so I got a 22 & it was big but looked just as great! I NEED to buy this dress. 

Very easy to wear and style. I wear a 16 currently, but it was unavailable during the time I needed. The 18 was a little large, but not much. And, I didn't need to wear Spanx under it. 
I would defiantly rent this again. I have never received so many compliments on a dress before.

This dress reminds me of the Handmaiden's Tale. Currently binging on S2. No seriously, I worn this dress to my Pastor's Silver (25yrs) Wedding Anniversary! I slayed!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got so much compliments from everyone at the celebration. Got even more compliments the following day. At this point it was a bit much and I was feeling a bit uncomfortable. The dress was the talk of the town! 
I usually wear a size 16, but I ordered 18W for extra room. Boy, I got a lot of extra room, the cape came here in handy.  Love it! 

Overall , the dress looks beautiful, a bit big at the top(bust). Receive a lot of compliments.

That's exactly one of the many comments I received on this dress!  I would buy it if I could.  It was extremely comfortable and I felt amazing in it! 

Fit well and comfortably, and the "cape" wasn't bulky, which I had feared.

The dress was very comfortable and covered any problem areas, like your arms and belly. The dress fit loose in the midsection which was fine with me but it doesn’t really give you any shape. The cape had such a dramatic effect and kept me warm in the cool castle. I loved the shade of red! I was nervous to see it in person but it was fabulous and you could rock a killer shade of red lipstick with it! The dress hits around the knees and covers your entire chest. It was such a big hit and I got a lot of compliments on it all night!

I wore this dress to a Mardi Gras Ball and im wishing i could keep it! I got so many compliments! The material is very soft and comfortable and the cape adds the perfect amount of drama to the dress. I was able to wear regular undergarments which was a huge plus. It definitely passes the dancing the night away test. 

The photo does not do it justice.  Looked great & felt like a million bucks Lots compliments too.  Usually wear a 20W but tried the 18W too.  Either would have worked but the 20W length was so much longer, I chose it. The 18E was about 4 inches above my knees probably because it tighter.  Realized in photos afterwards that my white bra showed a little at arm holes when I lifted my arms.  Nothing drastic but in retrospect wish I had worn a red bra.  Would rent again!

Fit was jut a little big, but the size down was much too snug. Hit just above the knees. I felt like Wonder Woman with the cape!

My picture makes it look more cerise than it is in person - it's definitely fire engine red. The fabric has a lot of give and the dress is very comfortable despite being fancy. The cape is a bit silly but that's what I was going for. I was coming from work with my shoulder-strap bag, and it was hard to wear it with the dress, so you'd best bring a clutch instead. The front center of the neckline kept flipping outward, so I used some fashion tape to keep it inside (and removed before sending back).

I liked that I was dressed differently than everyone else but it wasn't over the top. Winter time party in D.C. for a long work weekend and this dress fit the bill perfectly. Friendly waste but still gave shape. The cape is thinning and super fun. 

Fit me just perfect love it and no cons for me just enjoyed my night with lots and lots of compliments.

It can be a bit warm so it is perfect for cooler weather or outdoor events.  

I LOVED this dress! If I could, I would buy one in every color. It was perfect for a fall wedding as the cape kept me warmed when the temps dropped during the reception. And I did not go unnoticed. This dress is pretty true to size. 

The fit is very good.  The sleeve openings are a little low, so I had to be careful in photo poses not to show too much weird armpit area.  I was also surprised how heavy it, but that makes the flow of the dress spectacular.

I wore this to a formal wedding and reception. This was actually my "second choice," but I couldn't stop thinking about because it's so different than anything I've seen before. This is absolutely the most beautiful dress I've ever worn! I LOVE the color. The fit was wonderful as it wasn't too tight through the chest and stomach area, so you can move and sit comfortably in it. I am 5'2" ish and wear a 14/16. I wore the 16W. The fit on my shoulders was just a little big, but with my hair down it was easy to conceal my bra straps. The cape is a showstopper and made the dress super unique. I wore shapewear to have a smoother look; you can see it a little under my arm, but that didn't bother me. I would rent this over and over again. It made me feel so beautiful.
