I wore this dress for a reception. I tried the 18 which fit, but the 20 just gave me a little extra room. It was so comfortable and I felt so high fashion in it and I got tons of compliments! It was the perfect length too, classy but definitely fun too.

This dress reminds me of the Handmaiden's Tale. Currently binging on S2. No seriously, I worn this dress to my Pastor's Silver (25yrs) Wedding Anniversary! I slayed!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got so much compliments from everyone at the celebration. Got even more compliments the following day. At this point it was a bit much and I was feeling a bit uncomfortable. The dress was the talk of the town! I usually wear a size 16, but I ordered 18W for extra room. Boy, I got a lot of extra room, the cape came here in handy. Love it!

The dress was very comfortable and covered any problem areas, like your arms and belly. The dress fit loose in the midsection which was fine with me but it doesn’t really give you any shape. The cape had such a dramatic effect and kept me warm in the cool castle. I loved the shade of red! I was nervous to see it in person but it was fabulous and you could rock a killer shade of red lipstick with it! The dress hits around the knees and covers your entire chest. It was such a big hit and I got a lot of compliments on it all night!

This is literally one of my all time favorite dresses! I want it in every color!! It fits so well and is very slimming. The color pops and can be styled in so many ways with awesome jewelry and shoes! Everyone loved it especially the Bride!!!! I received so many compliments. This dress was actually my plan b because plan a didn't fit properly. I immediately contact RTR and they were able to overnight this dress to me in time for the wedding. Of course, at the last minute I kind of had to settle for the size that was available, luckily for me it was a size bigger than what I needed so it still looked incredible. The fit wasn't too off. The cape is incredible, it's definitely different but I felt so elegant all night long, and it came in handy if I got cold. The dress isn't too short it's a perfect length above the knee (about mid-thigh). The a-line fit is slimming so it gives you that hourglass figure that every woman desires. The fabric is also stretchy and does NOT wrinkle. My friend (the bride) was in aw of it and she kept telling me I was giving her Olivia Pope greatness!! Overall the dress is beautiful and you'll feel regal when you wear it!!!

I loved this dress. It was true to size. I am currently wearing a size 14, comfortably. This dress was a 14W. It was extremely comfortable. The fabric is of a heavier quality, which I loved because it hangs well and makes the fit more regal. You have to rent this dress! Hubby loved it, as did other party attendees.

I loved this dress and cannot say enough about it. After seeing it on Single Ladies and another television show within the same week I had to wear it. The material is nice and I didn't feel like I had to wear shapewear but did anyway. I have large breasts but proportioned for my size so I was initially concerned that the bust would be too tight but it was perfect. I received so many compliments and even more stares which was my intention. I saw this outfit on sale at Nordstrom's before (no longer available) and wanted it but thought this dress was too unique to be your classic dress you can wear in a cinch. This is what makes this dress the perfect Rent the Runway purchase. A beautiful dress that is unique and memorable. However, it is a dress you do not want to invest the money in because you cannot wear too many times.

I rented this dress for Easter Sunday. The compliments were over whelming. The fit was perfect, and the material was beautiful and very rich looking. I truly didn't want to send the dress back and would hope it would be available for purchase when it is out of rotation. Thank you rent the runway for making my day!

I LOVED this dress! It's so different than anything I've ever worn. As soon as I saw it on this site I knew I wanted to wear it for Valentine's Day. It is bordering on "little red riding hood"/"superwoman"-ish, so I'd keep the accessories simple and avoid tights and/or boots. (It was slightly freezing in Florida the night I wore this, but I'm glad I toughed it out!) I got tons of compliments, from a friend to my husband, and even a total stranger at the restaurant! The fit was so flattering, I just love everything about it. If you're looking for something that's showstopping and unique, this is it!

I loved this dress. It teeters on being a little "Red Riding Hood-esque;" however, I received tons of compliments all night long on it. Everyone thought the cape was such a unique touch. I thought the dress ran a tiny bit large; however, if you are going out to eat then you'll appreciate the extra room. :) I paired it with leopard print heels, diamond studs, and a black sparkly clutch. If you are looking to stand out, then this is the dress for you!

I wore this to an evening with the San Francisco Ballet, #Sensorium, a night merging the classical arts with social media. I got so many compliments on my dress! It was very modern, and polished looking. It was very comfortable and a great color. Although a little loose, the dress was not ill-fitting as the darting is done well for the sheath part of the dress and is almost body-con. Would rent again!

Fit great for my class reunion

I'm 5'8, 225 lbs, C/D cup, heavy in the middle section so I like to cover that up. I enjoyed the fit, I did wear shapewear underneath, easy to put on, easy to slip off. I didnt even have to unzip it. The top pickers out a bit, so it may look a little awkward if you plan on wearing your hair up.

The cape on this dress was so great and comfortable. It moved so well and it made for great photos.

Chose this dress for a summer wedding and I couldn't have been happier. It's elegant without being over the top and the cape just makes you feel like you can fly or better yet, rule a country. Perfect fit and really great material that's easy to move in. The color is vibrant and I would rent this dress for every wedding if I could.

Everyone loved my dress and the cape really set it apart from everyone else's dresses. Perfect for a semi-formal dinner. The material is thick and the cape made it a bit warm so not the best to wear in summer or hot weather.

I absolutely loved the look and feel of this dress. Heavy material but not "hot". One of the wedding photographers told me my outfit was the best outfit at the wedding (which took place at a gorgeous historic venue in downtown Los Angeles) and she went on to say this was actually her "favorite wedding outfit she had ever seen." I am regularly a size 14 and the 14 W fit more loosely then I had hoped (more like a 16), but I used double-sided stick fashion tape to create more of a waste for myself (and I taped it from the inside.) If you're worried about this dress fitting to loosely because its a wide - dont! Go with fashion tape and/or safety pins as the Cape (!!!) covers any finagling you might have to do! You definitely could NOT tell I had taped the dress because the beautiful cape style panels hanging down the back (the same cape that totally made me feel like a superhero!) were perfect for covering it up. I will rent this dress for every wedding I attend from here on out! I absolutely loved it!
