So, so sad that I had to give it back
This dress runs a bit large, but the smaller size was not available for rent. I wore this to a NYE party and paired it w/ diamond stud earrings, nude Christian Louboutin heels, and a small nude clutch. I did not wear a necklace or any other accoutrements. I loved the rich simplicity that this dress provided. I am 5'6" and this dress was a tad longer than I wanted (mid-calf) - would have loved it that much more had it hit just below the knee. The top of the dress is magical. Love how you can wear it off one shoulder, off both, or up a bit on both. Flattering any way you put it. The waist line is SUPER forgiving. Really, this dress is such a stunner and I got compliments all night. I want to buy it, but it seems as if this one isn't quite for sale just yet (or probably ever). :( You will not regret renting this for a date out, or a formal occasion (pair w/ statement jewelry and wear hair up for instant formal attire).

I really wish I would have read more reviews....
I scanned the first couple reviews of women that must not have ever worn a good dress... This dress reminded me of the cheap and ill fitting dresses that I used to buy from Express and the Limited when I was a freshman in college (1999). The material is thin and cheap, and the lining is not very helpful. The cut of the top of the dress is the ONLY thing that is decent on it (I love the asymmetrical neckline), but the rest of the dress feels like the designer gave up after the neckline. The ruching is miserable and not well placed, and the fit on the backside will give you major WGA (white girl ass) even if you have curves. Do yourself a favor and look at a different LBD. This one is not worth your time.

Not too formal, but fancy enough..
Received these earrings as an accessory for a dress that was sent back immediately. I did try them on though and contemplated wearing them with my 'out and about' lululemon gear, but alas, they were too dressy for that. BUT, they are not dressy enough for a formal affair. I would suggest a LBD or jeans w/ a dressy top. Anything more and the earrings will look out of place, anything less and you will look a bit silly.

Wore to DC's top restaurant! So many compliments.
Wore it to the Minibar restaurant and received so many compliments! The earrings were perfect as well. Wore with a nude Christian Louboutin pump and nude clutch. The size fits true. I have a 'wide ribcage' and 36C chest. I wear a 29 in jeans and an 8 in most tops that are not a zippered back. I wore a low cut bra that worked well. The sleeves did fall a few times, but I wasn't moving much - so not a huge issue for me. This dress is so classic and glamorous. Loved it!
