This gown was absolutely exceptional for my daughter's black tie wedding. The length for me was perfect in 3" heels. I did require a NuBra to give my girls some lift. The material of the dress was silky and the bottom was flowy and flouncy. I loved walking in it!! The bodice does not have any give and one piece of the boning did poke me a tiny bit during the evening. For me, it was not too tight, but I do have a very small frame. Also, the train did get stepped on from time to time. All that being said, I felt like a princess in this gown. It received so many compliments that I lost count and several people told me later on that it was a 'head-turner'. I kept it simple with diamond bracelet and dangle earrings and let the dress do the rest. It worked!! Because of an issue with my 2nd dress option, Rent the Runway gave me 2 more dresses to try. I actually chose one of those to wear to the wedding. This was my 3rd choice and ended up being THE ONE! I highly recommend!!

This dress fit very well overall. However, the black lining in the dress was a bit awkward around the leg slit. It kept poking out. Because I am a 34A, I would have needed something like a NuBra to give my girls some lift. The dress is a quality material but I think the sequins could have been bothersome to me after a while. Because of an issue with my 2nd dress option, Rent the Runway gave me 2 more dresses to try. This was one of those. I loved this dress. It was extremely comfortable and easy to move and sit in. Unfortunately, the party was cancelled and I did not have the opportunity to wear it out, so I am unsure how the dress feels after a few hours of wear, although I believe it would remain just as comfortable. I have a small frame and the 0 fit perfectly. No need for spanx or a bra, although my girls needed some help, so I added a strapless bra. I would wear this dress in a heart beat for sure!! (Also, in case anyone was wondering, I had 'bed head' which is the reason for the bow and top hat! Ha ha!)

I wore this dress to my daughter's bridal shower in August. Pros: The flower design is beautiful and really makes the dress pop. The slit is a nice touch but opens up higher on the thigh when sitting (this didn't bother me). I was able to wear a regular bra, which is always a plus! Cons: The dress has extra fabric in the hip area, so if you have smaller hips it may be noticeable to you. My body frame is petite so I didn't fill out the dress as I would have like. It was a bit large on me and I would have preferred it a little shorter in length. I don't think the dress is at fault though, just my body type with the dress. The pros outweigh the cons and, overall, I am pleased with this dress.

I wore this dress to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary at an estate winery. I am not used to wearing body con style dresses and was considering returning it, but my husband loved it and said it would be his favorite dress in my closet if I owned it! I always wear size 0 but the size 2 was substantially more comfortable. Wearing a bra is not necessary (I wore pasties). The dress was elegant and for my first RTR, I am very happy.
