Classy professional look
I ordered a M after looking at reviews even though I usually wear a S or even XS sometimes. and so glad I did because the M look fabulous! I paired the blazer with it and it was such a fresh looking suit for a fall conference in Tx. Paired it with a white undershirt and short creamy ankle boots! Loved.

Classically sexy
Cute slit and cut outs. The length was perfect. Hugged my curves. It was everything I was hoping for. It felt like a safe bet and worked well- but nothing super unique or special about it.

Fun sleeves, great color.
The small fit best. I loved the sleeves and this was easy to wear. Depending on the lighting (like this photo) the dress sometimes looked a little more red than orange.

Too small but lovely
I normally wear a size 0 but after reading reviews that this dress runs smaller than usual e&j dresses I ordered a 2&4. I had to get a replacement dress for the 4 but I was hoping the 2 would work anyway. It was so pretty on when I was standing, especially the gorgeous back, but I couldn't sit down. The 4 would have been perfect. I ended up going with my replacement dress.

I thought the 0 ran a little small but typical for E&J. Great length, tasteful cut outs, vibrant color and nice sturdy material.

Favorite part of the dress was the color: a classy red (not to sexy which red can do sometimes since that is. It what I was going for at this event). The fit in the waist was a little loose.

Glamorous
Kudos to RTR: RTR was great because my original dress was held up in transit to Houston (Hurricane Harvey) so RTR overnighted me a new dress to my hotel in NM. The dress: The dress was stunning for a black-tie wedding. The body of the dress fit nice. I wore the size 0. The only issue was that the straps were way to long. (I had anticipated that they might be while ordering. I have small shoulder/back/chest area so that a common problem with Non-adjustable spaghetti straps) I safety pinned the straps in the back and that worked out just fine.

Classy with a hint of sexy
One of my favorite RTR dresses! I love the color and how the dress isn't too revealing but it is longer, hugs you in, and makes you look very sleek and slender. It runs a little small. I think I would have felt a little more comfortable in the 2 except the zipper was broken but the 0 still worked.

Fun, flirty, great color
Loved this dress. I saw it in a friend first. I love the cutouts and the way the bottom flows out. I am normally not a huge fan of green but this color was great. I wore the 0 but at time it felt a little small. I thought about wearing the 2. It was a tough call.

Classy length with fun cutouts
I read that it runs small so I ordered the 0 and the 2 but the 0 ended up fitting best. The dress came down a little longer than I was expecting, but still looked fun with the cutouts. I also liked that it was easy to wear with a regular bra.
